Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于进气口燃料喷射器(port fuel injector)的燃料喷射模块。
背景技术
GB专利申请号1052322A描述了一种喷射器,其包括具有泵空间的机械操作柱塞,所述泵空间通过在柱塞向上冲程时未被柱塞遮盖的孔供料,位于孔和喷射孔之间的限制通道提供到达孔的燃烧产品。经过供应通道被供应的燃料的一部分流动到由空间、通道、柱塞中的环形通道、以及被连接到返回管线的通道所形成的部段通道,在孔在柱塞的向上冲程时被打开之前,该通道被柱塞关闭。单向球阀可以设置在供应通道中。柱塞被作用在套筒的带凸缘端上的弹簧加载,该套筒通过其向内弯曲的下端被连接到柱塞,柱塞通过燃料杆被凸轮致动座致动,该燃料杆带间隙地穿过套筒且将球窝安放在柱塞上端中,由此柱塞上的侧向推力被消除。喷嘴盖帽带有侧向间隙地配合在夹紧套筒的端部之内,从而在拧紧套筒之前允许轻微侧向调整盖帽,从而确保与柱塞的正确对准。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于进气口燃料喷射器12的燃料喷射模块10。进气口燃料喷射器12包括阀座14和孔板16的组合件,孔板16的组合件配合到喷射器夹套18。燃料喷射模块10包括带有凹部22的盖帽20,盖帽20配合到孔板16。弹簧构件24位于凹部22中。带有至少一个开口28的可移动板26位于凹部22中,并且在一侧上与弹簧构件24接合,且在另一侧上与进气口燃料喷射器12的孔板16接合。
图2示出了用于进气口燃料喷射器12的燃料喷射模块10。带有凹部22的盖帽20通过现有技术中已知的任意紧固手段配合到孔板16。弹簧构件24定位在凹部22之内,从而使弹簧构件24的第一端部紧靠被限定在盖帽20中的突起32。弹簧构件24的相反第二端部紧靠可移动板26。可移动板26定位成抵靠孔板16,且可以抵抗被定位在可移动板26与盖帽20之间的弹簧构件24的力而位移。
可移动板26包括第一面和相反的第二面。可移动板26的第一面紧靠孔板16,而可移动板26的相反的第二面被定位成紧靠弹簧构件24。在第一位置,可移动板26与孔板16密封接触,从而不允许流体流过可移动板16。孔板16包括从第一面延伸到相反的第二面的至少一个开口30。相反的第二面临近阀座14,且允许燃料从阀座14经由至少一个开口30流过孔板16。当可移动板26被定位成与孔板16密封接触时,没有燃料流过被限定在孔板16中的至少一个开口30。
在一个实施例中,开口34被限定在燃料喷射模块10的盖帽20上。在燃料已经被导入到燃料喷射模块10之后,开口34有利于将燃料从燃料喷射模块10喷射到发动机内。在一个替代实施例中,在燃料已经从进气口燃料喷射器12被导入到燃料喷射模块10之后,被限定在燃料喷射模块10的盖帽20上的两个或更多个开口34有利于将燃料从燃料喷射模块10喷射到发动机内。
图3示出了用于进气口燃料喷射器12的燃料喷射模块10,此时可移动板26已经从第一位置位移到第二位置。当加压燃料经由至少一个开口30流过孔板16时,由球38抵靠阀座14的运动所导致的加压燃料使得可移动板26抵抗弹簧构件24的力而从第一位置位移到第二位置。可移动板26抵抗弹簧构件24的力从第一位置到第二位置的位移使得燃料流过至少一个开口30,并且经由可移动板26的至少一个开口28且经由限定在燃料喷射模块10的盖帽20上的至少一个开口34流动到发动机内。在燃料喷射完成后,没有燃料流过限定在孔板16中的至少一个开口30。因此,可移动板26由于作用在可移动板26上弹簧构件24的回复力而向上位移,从而有利于使可移动板26抵靠孔板16进行密封。
作为一个实例描述了用于进气口燃料喷射器12的燃料喷射模块10的工作。当燃料被导入到阀座14时,不允许燃料流出进气口燃料喷射器12。随着燃料的压力不断增加,加压燃料使得可移动板26抵抗弹簧构件24的力而从第一位置位移到第二位置。加压燃料流过孔板16的至少一个开口30,且经由可移动板26的至少一个开口28流动到发动机内。在燃料喷射完成后,弹簧构件24的力使得可移动板26由于弹簧构件24的回复力而在向上方向上位移,从而有利于使可移动板26抵靠孔板16进行密封。因此,不允许更多燃料流过可移动板26的至少一个开口28,直到可移动板26由于进入进气口燃料喷射器12的加压燃料而在向下方向上被移动。
必须理解的是,以上所解释的实施例只是展示性的,且并不限制本公开的范围。在实施例中的关于杠杆作用和各种杠杆的尺寸的许多改动是可预见的,且形成本发明的一部分。本发明的范围仅由权利要求书限定。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于进气口燃料喷射器(12)的燃料喷射模块(10),所述进气口燃料喷射器(12)包括球(38)、阀座(14)和孔板(16)的组合件,所述孔板(16)的组合件配合到喷射器夹套(18),
其特征在于,所述燃料喷射模块(10)包括:
- 带有凹部(22)的盖帽(20),所述盖帽(20)以紧固方式配合到所述孔板(16);
- 位于所述凹部(22)中的弹簧构件(24);
- 位于所述凹部(22)中的带有至少一个第一开口(28)的可移动板(26),所述可移动板(26)在一侧上与所述弹簧构件(24)接合,并且在另一侧上与所述进气口燃料喷射器(12)的所述孔板(16)接合,
其中,当加压燃料流过所述孔板(16)时,由所述球(38)抵靠所述阀座(14)的运动所导致的加压燃料使得所述可移动板(26)抵抗所述弹簧构件(24)的力而远离所述孔板(16)位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于进气口燃料喷射器(12)的燃料喷射模块(10),其中所述盖帽(20)包括穿过所述盖帽(20)限定的至少一个第二开口(34),所述至少一个第二开口(34)允许燃料流出所述燃料喷射模块(10)并流动到发动机。
