Abstract
【解決手段】 両面に板面の保護フィルムの貼付ガラスAを水平な姿勢で搬入する搬入コンベヤ2と、この搬入コンベヤのガラスを荷受けしてエアの噴出によって浮上させるテーブル3と、このテーブル上の浮上ガラスを搬出する搬出手段Cと、上記搬入コンベヤとテーブルとの間で前記ガラスの両面フィルムの搬出先行側縁を前記ガラスに対し剥離し、かつ剥離辺縁を保持する定置剥離保持手段Bと、上記テーブルからのフィルム剥離ガラスを荷受けして搬出する搬出コンベヤDと、剥離下面側フィルムの下面中間一点に向けエアを噴出するノズルと、このノズルの上方に配置して両フィルムを押し込み状に案内する漏斗状の案内ガイド33と、このガイドに連なる通路の出口側に設けたフィルム回収ボックスとからなる構成を採用する。

Claims (2)
- 両面に板面の保護フィルムの貼付ガラスを水平な姿勢で搬入するように設けた搬入コンベヤと、この搬入コンベヤのガラスを荷受けすると共に、荷受けしたガラスをエアの噴出によって浮上させるように設けたテーブルと、このテーブル上の浮上ガラスを搬出するように設けた搬出手段と、上記搬入コンベヤとテーブルとの間で前記ガラスの両面フィルムの搬出先行側縁を前記ガラスに対し剥離し、かつ剥離辺縁を保持するように設けた定置剥離保持手段と、上記テーブルからのフィルム剥離ガラスを荷受けして搬出するように設けた搬出コンベヤと、剥離下面側フィルムの下面中間一点に向けエアを噴出するように設けたノズルと、このノズルの上方に配置して両フィルムを押し込み状に案内するように設けた漏斗状の案内ガイドと、このガイドに連なる通路の出口側に設けたフィルム回収ボックスとからなるガラスの両面フィルムの剥離装置。
- 前記ボックスが、ガラスの搬出方向前後に複数区劃するとともに、区劃した各室毎にエアの供給パイプを接続し、この各パイプにそれぞれ弁を設け、この各弁をガラスの末尾通過後順次閉じるように連動させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラスの両面フィルムの剥離装置。
