Abstract
【解決手段】(メタ)アクリロイル基を有するモノマー及び/又はそのオリゴマーからなる成分(A)と、脂肪及び/又は脂肪油からなる成分(B)とを含有する。その硬化被膜同士が重なった状態で加圧及び/又は加熱することで疑似接着性を発揮する疑似接着性材料である。

Description
下記表1に示すモノマー組成1〜5に従って、(メタ)アクリル系共重合体の製造のための各種モノマーを準備した。
・GPC測定装置:昭和電工社製SHODEX SYSTE 11
・カラム :KF800P,KF−805、KF803、KF−801の4本直列
・移動層 :THF
・流量 :1ml/分
・カラム温度 :45℃
・検出器 :RI
・換算 :ポリスチレン
また、重合体1についてのガラス転移温度の算出結果も併せて表1に示す。
ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー(日本化薬(株)製「KAYARAD UX−2031」)10部、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(東亞合成(株)社製「アロニックスM−309」)40部、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート50部、ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製「イルガキュアー184」)5部、メトキノン0.1部を攪拌混合し、中間製造体(A−1)を得た。
エポキシアクリレートオリゴマー(昭和高分子(株)社製「リポキシSP−1509」)40部、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート40部、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ及びヘキサアクリレート(東亞合成(株)社製「アロニックスM−402」)20部、ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製「イルガキュアー184」)5部、メトキノン0.1部を攪拌混合し、中間製造体(A−2)を得た。
実施例1〜8及び比較例1〜3に係る各疑似接着性材料を、バーコーターで印刷シート上(使用シート:大王製紙製ユトリロコート紙を使用,下地印刷インキ:東洋インキ製造社製TKハイユニティSOY(大豆油20%以上使用したインキ)を使用)に6g/m2の塗布量で塗工し、コンベア式紫外線照射機(高圧水銀灯80W/cm2)で、積算光量が70mJ/cm2になるコンベア速度で紫外線照射を行い、硬化被膜を形成して疑似接着性加工シートを得た。次に、得られた疑似接着性加工シートを折りたたむと共に硬化被膜同士を合わせ、490N/cm(50kg/cm)の線圧および98N/cm(10kg/cm)線圧で加圧を行い、接着した。
(a)下地インキとの密着性
紫外線硬化後1分後及び24時間後のそれぞれにおいて、墨インキ印刷面に加工された硬化被膜の表面にセロハンテープを指圧で貼りつけ、90度の剥離角度で一気に剥離した時の状態を観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
◎:両条件とも印刷面と硬化被膜は密着しており、紙が破れる。
○:紫外線硬化後1分後は一部に印刷面と硬化被膜が剥離する所はあるが、24時間後印刷面と硬化被膜は密着しており、紙が破れる。
△:紫外線硬化後1分後及び24時間後の両条件とも一部に印刷面と硬化被膜が剥離する所はある。
×:紫外線硬化後1分後及び24時間後の両条件ともインキとの密着不良が生じ、全面的に硬化被膜が印刷面より剥離する。
疑似接着性加工シートの硬化被膜表面について、デジタル変角光沢計UGV−5(スガ試験機製)を用いて入射角60度、受光角60度における光沢値を測定した。
接着後の疑似接着性加工シートにおける接着状態を下記の基準で判定した。
◎:十分に接着しており、折り曲げても接着箇所のハガレは生じない。
○:ほぼ接着しており、本発明の用途には十分使用可能。
△:一応接着はするが、弱く、曲げれば接着面に浮き離れが生じる場合がある。
×:接着が弱いか、全く接着しない。
接着後の疑似接着性加工シートを接着後1週間放置した後の剥離状態を下記の基準で判定した。
○:シートが破れなく剥がれる。
△:シートが破れなく剥がれるが、剥離強度が強く、表面に割れや筋が入る場合がある。
×:接着してしまい、剥がそうとすれば紙が破れる。
−:最初から未接着のため判定不能。
接着後の15×10cmの寸法の疑似接着性加工シートを、圧着直後にカールした凹面を平坦なガラス板の上面と対向させてこのガラス板上に載置し、ガラス板の上面と、疑似接着性加工シートのガラス板から最も上方に浮き上がっている箇所との間の寸法を測定した。この寸法を、各実施例及び比較例ごとに10枚のサンプルについて測定し、その平均値を導出して、下記評価基準にて評価した。
◎:2mm未満。
○:2mm以上3mm未満。
△:3mm以上5mm未満。
×:5mm以上。
−:最初から未接着のため測定不能。
Claims (4)
- (メタ)アクリロイル基を有するモノマー及びそのオリゴマーの少なくとも一方からなる成分(A)と、脂肪及び脂肪油の少なくとも一方からなる成分(B)とを含有し、その硬化被膜同士が重なった状態で加圧及び加熱の少なくとも一方の処理を施すことで疑似接着性を発揮するものであることを特徴とする疑似接着性材料。
- 上記成分(B)の含有量が、成分(B)を除く疑似接着材料全量100質量部に対して0.1〜20質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の疑似接着性材料。
- アミノ基含有不飽和単量体を含む単量体を重合してなる(メタ)アクリル系重合体(C)を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の疑似接着性材料。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の疑似接着性材料にて基材の表面に塗膜を形成し、前記塗膜を硬化させて硬化被膜を形成して成ることを特徴とする疑似接着性加工シート。
