蓋102と負極活物質107は、あらかじめ炭素を含有する導電性接着剤1112で接着した。
たとえば、容器101が熱膨張係数6.8×10−6/℃のアルミナを用いる場合金属リングとしては熱膨張係数5.2×10−6/℃のコバールを用いることが望ましい。
容器101の金属の露出している部分にはニッケルめっきを施した後、金めっきを施した。金めっき後、被覆部112はアルミニウムの溶射により形成した。
蓋102は、2×4mm、厚さ0.15mmのコバールの板にニッケルめっきを施したものを用いた。
容器101の接続端子にはニッケルめっきを施した後、金めっきを施した。

Claims (7)
- 正極活物質と、弁金属又は炭素からなる被覆部で覆われており前記被覆部を介して前記正極活物質と電気的に接続されている正極集電体と、負極活物質と、電解液と、前記正極活物質と前記負極活物質とを分離するセパレータと、前記正極活物質と前記負極活物質と前記電解液と前記セパレータを収納する容器と、前記容器を封止するための蓋とを有する電気化学セル。
- 前記正極集電体がタングステンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記弁金属がアルミニウム、タンタル、ニオブ、チタン、ハフニウム、ジルコニウムのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記正極集電体の一部が前記容器に埋設され、前記正極集電体の埋設されていない部分は被覆部で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記被覆部と前記正極活物質が導電性接着剤により接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記正極活物質に対する前記導電性接着剤の塗布面積が、前記被覆部の面積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記容器がセラミックスであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気化学セル。
