Description
この構成によれば、溶接熱が低くても溶接時間を短くすることができる。また、この構成によれば、溶接熱による電解液の変化が少ない。
このため、凹状容器に生じるクラックを防止することができる。特にニッケルめっき層に含まれるリンの量がこれらの範囲であれば、凹状容器に生じるクラックをより確実に防止することができる。
この構成によれば、溶接熱が低くても溶接時間を短くすることができる。
このため、凹状容器に生じるクラックを防止することができる。
本実施例に用いられる凹状容器101は、セラミック製である。特に、コストおよび成形性を考慮するとアルミナ製が良好である。アルミナ製の凹状容器101は、アルミナのグリーンシートと導体印刷により積層し、焼成して製造することができる。
金属リング109および封口板102の両方に、リンを含まないニッケルめっきを施し比較例1を作製した。

Claims (11)
- 正極および負極からなる複数の電極と前記電極の間に位置するセパレータと電解液とを収納し、前記正極及び前記負極のどちらか一方と電気的にそれぞれ接続した一対の接続端子を外側底面に有するセラミックス製の凹状容器と、
前記凹状容器の上端面に設けられた金属リングと、
前記金属リングを介して前記凹状容器を密閉する封口板と
を有し、
前記金属リングには、前記封口板と接合する面にニッケルめっき層が設けられ、
前記封口板には、前記金属リングと接合する面にニッケルめっき層が設けられ、
前記金属リングと前記封口板とを接合し、リンを含有するニッケル合金からなる接合層を有し、
前記金属リングに設けられたニッケルめっき層と前記封口板に設けられたニッケルめっき層の双方または一方のニッケルめっき層に含まれるリンの量が、5から12質量%であり、
前記電解液はプロピレンカーボネートもしくはスルホランのいずれか一方と、少なくともジメチルカーボネート、プロピオン酸メチル、エチルメチルスルホンのいずれか一種類とを含むことを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 前記金属リングに設けられたニッケルめっき層と前記封口板に設けられたニッケルめっき層の厚みがそれぞれ5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記金属リングに設けられたニッケルめっき層と前記封口板とに設けられたニッケルめっき層の双方または一方のニッケルめっき層に含まれるリンの量が、5から10質量%である請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記接合層に含まれるリンの量が3質量%から10質量%である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記接合層に含まれるリンの量が5質量%から8質量%である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記金属リング及び前記封口板の一方または双方の前記ニッケルめっき層が、無電解めっきまたは電解めっきにより形成されている請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記凹状容器がアルミナ製である請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記金属リングに設けられたニッケルめっき層と前記封口板とに設けられたニッケルめっき層の双方または一方のニッケルめっき層に含まれるリンが、ニッケルめっき層の表面に多く含まれることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セルを搭載した携帯電子機器。
- 正極および負極からなる一対の電極と前記電極の間に位置するセパレータと電解液とを、外側底面に前記正極及び前記負極のどちらか一方と電気的にそれぞれ接続した一対の接続端子を有するセラミックス製の凹状容器に収納する工程と、
前記凹状容器の上端面に設けられた金属リングと、前記金属リングを介して前記凹状容器を密閉する封口板とを接合し、リンを含有するニッケル合金からなる接合層を生成する接合工程と、
を有し、
前記金属リングには、前記封口板と接合する面にニッケルめっき層が設けられ、
前記封口板には、前記金属リングと接合する面にニッケルめっき層が設けられ、
前記金属リングに設けられたニッケルめっき層と前記封口板に設けられたニッケルめっき層の少なくとも一方のニッケルめっき層に含まれるリンの量が、5から12質量%であり、
前記電解液はプロピレンカーボネートもしくはスルホランのいずれか一方と、少なくともジメチルカーボネート、プロピオン酸メチル、エチルメチルスルホンのいずれか一種類とを含むことを特徴とする電気化学セルの製造方法。 - 前記接合層に含まれるリンの量が3質量%から10質量%である請求項10に記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。
