Abstract
【解決手段】巻線挿通用の溝30が周方向に間隔を空けて多数形成されたリング状の着磁ヨーク31と、周方向に並ぶ溝30に順番に通して着磁ヨーク31に巻回された巻線32とを有し、周方向で隣合う溝30においては巻線32の挿通方向が互いに反対向きに設定されているトーンホイール用着磁装置Aにおいて、溝30は、着磁ヨーク31のリング状平面35に径方向に沿って形成された径方向溝30aと、この径方向溝30aに連通される状態で着磁ヨーク31の周面36に、この周面36を横切る方向に形成された横切り溝30bと、を備えた屈曲溝に構成されている。

Description
前記溝は、前記着磁ヨークのリング状平面に径方向に沿って形成された第1溝と、この第1溝に連なり前記着磁ヨークの周面に形成された第2溝と、を備えた屈曲溝に構成されていることを特徴とする。
前記巻線が、前記第1溝と前記第2溝との双方を通して巻回され、隣合う前記溝どうしの間に形成される磁着面は、前記リング状平面の一部と前記周面の一部との二面で形成されていることを特徴とする。
前記リング状平面と前記周面とのなす角度が直角に設定されていることを特徴とする。
前記リング状平面と前記周面とのなす角度が鈍角に設定されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 巻線挿通用の溝が周方向に間隔を空けて多数形成されたリング状の着磁ヨークと、周方向に並ぶ前記溝に順番に通して前記着磁ヨークに巻回された巻線とを有し、周方向で隣合う前記溝においては前記巻線の挿通方向が互いに反対向きに設定されているトーンホイール用着磁装置であって、
前記溝は、前記着磁ヨークのリング状平面に径方向に沿って形成された第1溝と、この第1溝に連なり前記着磁ヨークの周面に形成された第2溝と、を備えた屈曲溝に構成されているトーンホイール用着磁装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記巻線が、前記第1溝と前記第2溝との双方を通して巻回され、隣合う前記溝どうしの間に形成される磁着面は、前記リング状平面の一部と前記周面の一部との二面で形成されているトーンホイール用着磁装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記リング状平面と前記周面とのなす角度が直角に設定されているトーンホイール用着磁装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記リング状平面と前記周面とのなす角度が鈍角に設定されているトーンホイール用着磁装置。
