Abstract
【解決手段】 希土類元素、金属元素及びホウ素を含む原料合金塊を粉砕して合金粉末とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置及び製造方法である。水素を吸蔵させる水素吸蔵部11を備える。水素吸蔵部11は、内周面に溝状またはフィン状の螺旋部18が設けらるとともに、正回転及び逆回転を行うための回転機構を有する。螺旋部が設けられた水素吸蔵部11を原料合金塊が滞留する方向に回転させて水素吸蔵を行った後、これとは逆方向に回転させて水素吸蔵部11から合金粉末を熱処理部12へと移動させる。

Claims (9)
- 希土類元素、金属元素及びホウ素を含む原料合金塊を粉砕して合金粉末とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置であって、
水素を吸蔵させる水素吸蔵部を備え、当該水素吸蔵部は、内周面に溝状またはフィン状の螺旋部が設けらるとともに、正回転及び逆回転を行うための回転機構を有することを特徴とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。 - 前記水素吸蔵部は円筒形状を有し、その中心軸が傾斜可能に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記水素吸蔵部を冷却する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 前記水素吸蔵部に揺動、振動から選択される少なくとも1種を与える運動付与手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造装置。
- 希土類元素、金属元素及びホウ素を含む原料合金塊を粉砕して合金粉末とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法において、
内面に溝状またはフィン状の螺旋部が設けられた水素吸蔵部を原料合金塊が滞留する方向に回転しながら水素吸蔵を行った後、これとは逆方向に回転させて水素吸蔵部から合金粉末を移動させることを特徴とする永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。 - 水素吸蔵時に、水素吸蔵部を冷却することを特徴とする請求項5記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
- 水素吸蔵時に、前記原料合金塊の温度を0℃〜200℃に保持することを特徴とする請求項6記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
- 水素吸蔵部に大気圧より大となるように水素を供給することを特徴とする請求項5記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
- 水素吸蔵部に揺動、振動から選択される少なくとも1種を与えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の永久磁石用合金粉末の製造方法。
