Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジンの駆動によって複数のポンプ室14の容積を連続的に増減変化させ、吸入ポート15から吸い込んだオイルを吐出ポート16に吐出する。このようなオイルポンプ1において、吐出ポート16の上流部で分岐し下流部で合流する分岐通路18を設け、合流点23における脈圧位相が吐出ポート16側と分岐通路18側で異なるようにする。吐出ポート16側の脈圧と分岐通路18側の脈圧は合流点23で相互に干渉し合い、その結果、吐出ポート16の脈圧は低減される。

Claims (3)
- エンジンによる駆動によって複数のポンプ室が連続的に容積を増減変化させ、吸入ポートで吸い込んだオイルを加圧して吐出ポートから吐出するオイルポンプにおいて、
前記吐出ポートの上流部で分岐し下流部で再度合流する分岐通路を設け、その分岐通路を、同通路の合流点付近での脈圧位相が吐出ポート側の脈圧位相に対してずれるように構成したことを特徴とするオイルポンプ。 - エンジンによる駆動によって複数のポンプ室が連続的に容積を増減変化させ、吸入ポートで吸い込んだオイルを加圧して吐出ポートから吐出するオイルポンプにおいて、
前記吐出ポートの上流部で分岐し下流部で再度合流する分岐通路を設け、吐出ポートと分岐通路の分岐点から合流点までの距離を夫々異ならせたことを特徴とするオイルポンプ。 - 前記分岐通路の分岐点と合流点の少なくとも一方に分岐通路の一般部よりも断面積の小さい絞りを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のオイルポンプ。
