Abstract
【解決手段】チューブとピンを含むエバポレータコアであり、チューブは、内部が空いている直方体形状で、直方体形状の相対する2面が開放され、内部上面と底面には前記開放された2面を結ぶ方向にガイドレールが一体に形成され、上部には冷媒用タンクがチューブと内部が連通するように一体に設置され、ピンは、上下面にガイドレールに嵌合するレール溝を有する構造である。チューブの開放面でない両側面には、複数の空気流動ホールが貫通形成されている。

Claims (4)
- チューブとピンを含むエバポレータコアにおいて、
前記チューブは、内部が空いている直方体形状であり、前記直方体形状の相対する2面が開放され、内部上面と底面には前記開放された2面を結ぶ方向にガイドレールが一体に形成されて、上部には冷媒用タンクがチューブと内部が連通するように一体に設置され、前記ピンは、上下面に前記ガイドレールに嵌合するレール溝を有する構造であることを特徴とするエバポレータコア。 - 前記チューブの開放面でない両側面には、複数の空気流動ホールが貫通形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエバポレータコア。
- 前記チューブにおいて、前記ピンが挿入される一側面には、前記チューブ内部に挿入された前記ピンを固定する固定レバーが設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエバポレータコア。
- 前記ピンにおいて、前記チューブへの挿入面と相対する面には、分離/装着のための取っ手が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエバポレータコア。
