Claims (10)
- 太陽電池電流モジュールの電気的な接続導体(4)を電気的な接続導線(65)に接続するための、太陽電池電流モジュールのためのコネクタケーシング(40)内の接続装置であって、前記接続導体(4)が、半透明のディスク複合体(1,2,3)内に配置されており且つ複数の光起電性の太陽電池素子を互いに電気的に接続する形式のものにおいて、
接続導体(4)の端部が、部分的に補強部材(5)によって助成されており、この補強部材(5)によって助成される当該接続導体(4)の領域が、それぞれコンタクトピン(52)と接触接続可能であることを特徴とする、太陽電池電流モジュールのための接続装置。 - 補強部材(5)がU字形に形成されている、請求項1記載の接続装置。
- 補強部材(5)に、コンタクトプレート(10)内のアンダカット(16)において係止する係止手段(6)が設けられており、コンタクトプレート(10)が、ディスク複合体のディスク(1,3)間に配置された半透明のプラスチック層(2)の切欠き(7)に位置固定されている、請求項1又は2記載の接続装置。
- コンタクトピン(52)が、多数の角錐形の先端部を備えたコンタクト面(54)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- コンタクトピン(52)が、U字形に曲げられたばね部材(57)のアーチ区分(58)の中央に外向きで配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- ばね部材(57)が2つの接続端部(56)を有しており、これらの接続端部が、それぞれカバープレート(30)の長手方向スリット(31)内でガイドされており且つプリント配線板(35)と導電接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- カバープレート(30)がコンタクトケーシング(20)と係止可能であり、コンタクトエレメント(50)のコンタクトピン(52)が、コンタクトケーシング(20)において貫通孔(23)内でガイドされている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- コンタクトケーシング(20)が、コンタクトエレメント(50)とカバープレート(30)とプリント配線板(35)と一緒にユニットとして接合されており且つコネクタケーシング(40)内で切欠き(46)に侵入しており、更に、ねじ締結手段(43)によって、ディスク複合体に設けられたコンタクトプレート(10)に位置固定可能である、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。 - コネクタケーシング(40)が、切欠き(9)内のコンタクトプレート(10)をカバーするように、両面接着シート(70)によってディスク複合体(1,2,3)のディスク(3)上に位置固定されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- コネクタケーシング(40)に複数のコネクタ(60)が設けられており、これにより、これらのコネクタ内に配置された各1つのかご形引張りばね(62)を用いて、電気的な接続導線(65)と、コネクタケーシング内でプリント配線板(35)に設けられた接続ケーブル(38)との間の解離可能な接続が形成可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
