【請求項1】 単離した成人歯髄幹細胞の培養物。
【請求項2】 幹細胞が象牙芽細胞に分化し得る請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項3】 幹細胞がイン・ビボ(in vivo)において象牙質/歯髄構造を再生し得る請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項4】 幹細胞が脂肪細胞分化性(adipogenic)でない請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項5】 細胞が骨シアロタンパク質を産生しない請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項6】 請求項1記載の培養物を鉱物供給源と接触させることにより得られた細胞であって、哺乳動物に移植することによりヒト象牙質/歯髄組織を再生するための細胞。
【請求項7】 鉱物供給源がヒドロキシアパタイト/リン酸三カルシウムである請求項6記載の細胞。
【請求項8】 請求項1記載の培養物を鉱物供給源と接触させることにより得られた細胞であって、哺乳動物に移植することによりヒト象牙質/歯髄組織を作り出すための細胞。
【請求項9】 鉱物供給源がヒドロキシアパタイト/リン酸三カルシウムである請求項8記載の細胞。
【請求項1】 単離した成人歯髄幹細胞の培養物。
【請求項2】 幹細胞が象牙芽細胞に分化し得る請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項3】 幹細胞がイン・ビボ(in vivo)において象牙質/歯髄構造を再生し得る請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項4】 幹細胞が脂肪細胞分化性(adipogenic)でない請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項5】 細胞が骨シアロタンパク質を産生しない請求項1記載の培養物。
【請求項6】 請求項1記載の培養物を鉱物供給源と接触させることにより得られた細胞であって、哺乳動物に移植することによりヒト象牙質/歯髄組織を再生するための細胞。
【請求項7】 鉱物供給源がヒドロキシアパタイト/リン酸三カルシウムである請求項6記載の細胞。
【請求項8】 請求項1記載の培養物を鉱物供給源と接触させることにより得られた細胞であって、哺乳動物に移植することによりヒト象牙質/歯髄組織を作り出すための細胞。
