Abstract
【解決手段】CPUは、加熱ローラの中央部の温度を検知して180℃を超えていない場合、中央部と端部の温度差に応じて、中央コイルまたは端部コイルを0.4秒駆動し、続いて端部コイルまたは中央コイルを0.2秒駆動した後、中央部の温度を検知して180℃になるまで繰り返し駆動制御する。

この値をもとに、コイル断面として何ターン巻けるかを検討していた。
この結果、制御回路42側の端部コイル11bは、0.4秒間駆動され(S5)、その領域(端部)の加熱ローラ2が加熱される。その後、制御回路41側の中央コイル11aが0.2秒間駆動され(S5)、その領域(中央部)の加熱ローラ2が加熱される。

Claims (3)
- 交流電源と、この交流電源を直流に変換する整流回路と、この整流回路の出力側に接続された電磁誘導コイルと共振用コンデンサとからなる共振回路と、この共振回路を励磁するスイッチング素子とで構成される複数のインバータ回路と、それぞれのインバータ回路のスイッチング素子に駆動信号を供給する複数の駆動回路とからなる加熱装置において、
前記複数の駆動回路のうち1つの駆動回路を選択し、この選択した駆動回路から駆動信号を供給する制御を行う第1の制御部と、
この第1の制御部の制御で前記選択した駆動回路から駆動信号を供給した後、他の駆動回路を選択して駆動信号の供給を切り替える際、この切り替えるまでの最小時間間隔を1/(前記交流電源の周波数の半波長)以上とする制御を行う第2の制御部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 交流電源と、この交流電源を直流に変換する整流回路と、この整流回路の出力側に接続された第1の共振周波数を有する電磁誘導コイルと共振用コンデンサとからなる第1の共振回路と、前記整流回路の出力側に接続された第2の共振周波数を有する電磁誘導コイルと共振用コンデンサとからなる第2の共振回路とを有し、前記第1と第2の共振回路を励磁するスイッチング素子とで構成されるインバータ回路と、このインバータ回路のスイッチング素子に駆動信号を供給する駆動回路とからなる加熱装置において、
前記第1の共振周波数に対応する第1の駆動周波数の駆動信号、あるいは前記第2の共振周波数に対応する第2の駆動周波数の駆動信号を、前記駆動回路から供給させる制御を行う第1の制御部と、
この第1の制御部の制御で第1の駆動周波数の駆動信号あるいは第2の駆動周波数の駆動信号を供給した後、前記第1の駆動周波数の駆動信号あるいは第2の駆動周波数の駆動信号に切り替える際、この切り替えるまでの最小時間間隔を1/(前記交流電源の周波数の半波長)以上とする制御を行う第2の制御部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 導体で構成された金属層を持つエンドレス部材に近接配置された電磁誘導コイルに高周波電流を供給し、このエンドレス部材を発熱させて被定着部材を加熱する定着装置であって、
前記電磁誘導コイルを構成する電線が、複数の電線を束ねた撚り線構造となっているリッツ線であり、このリッツ線が複数の断面形状を有する。
