Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸素捕捉材料、光開始剤、及び酸素捕捉を触媒するのに有効な少なくと も一つの触媒を含んでいる酸素捕捉組成物であって、 光開始剤が、少なくとも2つのベンゾフェノン部分を含有している少なくとも 一つのベンゾフェノン誘導体を含んでおり、そして 光開始剤は酸素捕捉組成物が食品擬似物に曝されたときに実質的に非抽出性で ある、 前記酸素捕捉組成物。 2. 光開始剤が、式 Xm(Y)n 〔式中、 各Xは、硫黄;酸素;カルボニル;−SiR2−(但し、各Rは個別に、1〜12 個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基、6〜12個の炭素原子を含有するアリール 基、1〜12個の炭素原子を含有するアルコキシ基である);−NR’−(但し 、R’は1〜12個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基、6〜12個の炭素原子を 含有するアリール基、又は水素である);及び1〜50個の炭素原子を含有する 有機基;からなる群から選ばれたブリッジング基であり; mは0〜11であり; 各Yは、置換又は非置換ベンゾフェノン基(但し、存在する場合には、各置換 基、R”、は個別に、1〜24個の炭素原子を含有する、アルキル、アリール、 アルコキシ、フェノキシ又は脂環式基、又はハライドである)であり;そして nは2〜12である〕 によって表される、請求項1の酸素捕捉組成物。 3.
