Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 成分の移行を阻害する一方で酸素を除去するのに好適な、パッケージ成分 としての組成物であって、該組成物が、酸化性有機化合物、遷移金属触媒、およ び、式: [式中: i) R1、R2、R3、R4またはR5の少なくとも1つが独立して、C2〜C18 アルキル、C2〜C18アルコキシ、フェノキシ、C5〜C7脂環式炭化水素、アル カリール、またはC2〜C18エステル基から選択され、および該R1、R2、R3、 R4およびR5の残りのものが水素原子であり;R6、R7、R8、R9およびR10は それぞれ、ハロゲンまたは水素原子であり;あるいは、 ii) R1、R2、R3、R4またはR5の少なくとも1つ、 およびR6、R7、R8、R9またはR10の少なくとも1つがそれぞれ独立して、C1 〜C18アルキル、C1〜C18アルコキシ、フェノキシ、C5〜C7脂環式基、アル カリール、またはC1〜C18エステル基から選択され、それらの基の残りのもの がそれぞれハロゲンまたは水素原子である。] で示されるベンゾフェノンから選択される光開始剤を含んで成り、 該光開始剤が、食品類似物に暴露された際に、実質的に該組成物から非移行性 である組成物。 2. 光開始剤が、R1、R2、R3、R4またはR5の少なくとも1つに結合する C2〜C18アルキル基またはC2〜C18アルコキシ基から選択される少なくとも1 つの基を有する請求項1に記載の組成物。 3. 光開始剤が、R1、R2、R3、R4およびR5の少なくとも1つ、ならびに R6、R7、R8、R9およびR10の少なくとも1つに結合する、C1〜C18アルキ ル、C1〜C18アルコキシまたはジフェノキシ基から独立して選択される少なく とも1つの基を有する請求項1に記載の組成物。 4. 光開始剤が、4−アルキルオキシベンゾフェノン、4, 4’−ジアリルオキシベンゾフェノン、4−ドデシルベンゾフェノン、または4 ,4’−ジフェノキシベンゾフェノンから選択される請求項1に記載の組成物。 5. 酸化性有機化合物が、置換されたまたは非置換の炭化水素から選択される 請求項1に記載の組成物。 6. 酸化性有機化合物がエチレン不飽和を有する請求項5に記載の組成物。 7. 組成物の重量に基づいて、酸化性有機化合物が1〜99重量%において存 在し;遷移金属触媒が0.001〜1重量%において存在し;および、光開始剤 が0.01〜10重量%で存在する請求項1に記載の組成物。 8. 該組成物が、ポリマー稀釈剤、充填剤、顔料、染料、酸化防止剤、加工助 剤、可塑剤、難燃剤、および防曇剤から選択される少なくとも1種類の添加剤を さらに含んで成る請求項7に記載の組成物。 9. 該組成物が、500ppb以下の該開始剤の食品類似物への移行を示し得 る請求項1に記載の組成物。 10. 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含んで成る少なくとも1 つの層を有する単層または多層フィルム。 11. 酸素感受性物質を含有するパッケージ内の低酸素含有量を維持する方法 であって、該方法が、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の酸素除去組成物を製 造し;該酸素除去組成物を含んで成る包装に好適な材料を製造し;および、該材 料を輻射線に暴露して、該組成物の酸素除去活性を開始させる;ことを含んで成 る方法。 12. 酸素感受性物質をその中に含有するのに好適な内部キャビティを有する 包装物品であって、該物品が、該物品の一部として、該物品の内部キャビティに 直接的または間接的に暴露される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の酸素除 去組成物を有する物品。 13. 該物品が、該酸素除去組成物を含有する少なくとも1つの層を有する、 多層シート製品から成る軟質または半軟質パッケージである請求項12に記載の 物品。
