Abstract

Una formulación zeolítica que se ha de incluir en una disposición de capas de barrera que permite atrapar compuestos organolépticos volátiles (VOC), en particular, VOC causantes de olor, entre las capas de barrera. La técnica de atrapamiento permite adsorber, absorber o reaccionar durante un período extendido estos VOC antes de que puedan ser absorbidos por el producto rodeado por el envase. También una formulación zeolítica de una capa depuradora de VOC causante de olor que no tiene ninguna capa de barrera de VOC dentro de la película que tiene la capacidad de reducir o eliminar sustancialmente la formación de sulfuro de hidrógeno durante un período de 20 días.
