Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1つの液体(L)の入口(4)と、固体顆粒の入口(5)と、溶液の 出口(18)とを有し、攪拌手段(A)を備えた槽(2)で構成される、液体(L)中に この液体に可溶ではあるがこの液体より密度が低い物質の固体顆粒または粒子( G)を混合・溶解する装置において、 固体顆粒の入口(5)が槽内の反応混合物(M)の高さ(N)より上方に設置さ れ、攪拌手段(A)が反応混合物中で固体顆粒(G)を槽(2)の下側部分へ随伴させ る第1攪拌手段(A1)と、反応混合物中に顆粒の溶解を促進する運動、特に剪断 運動を生じさる、第1攪拌手段(A1)より低い位置に設置された第2攪拌手段( A2)とで構成されることを特徴とする装置。 2. 顆粒が尿素の固体顆粒であり、液体が硫酸溶液である、燐窒素肥料の製造 設備で天然燐酸塩を消化するために用いるスルホ尿素反応物を製造するための請 求項1に記載の装置。 3. 第1および第2攪拌手段(A1、A2)が機械的攪拌手段である請求項1また は2に記載の装置。 4. 第1攪拌手段(A1)が傾斜した真っ直ぐな刃(12)を備えたタービン(11)、 特に4枚刃を備えた「サーベルタービン」として知られたタービンである請求項 3に記載の装置。 5. 第2攪拌手段(A2)が真っ直ぐな刃(15)を備えたラジアルタービン(14)、 特に6枚刃を備えた「ラッシュトンタービン」として知られたタービンである請 求項3または4に記載の装置。 6. 槽が垂直軸線を有する円筒形の槽であり、2本のタービン(11、14)が同一 の垂直シャフト(9)、特に槽(2)と同軸なシャフトに取り付けられ、ラジアルター ビン(14)がサーベルタービン(11)から下方へ適当な距離(E)だけ離れたところに 設置される請求項4または5に記載の装置。 7. ラジアルタービン(14)の刃の外径がサーベルタービン(11)の刃(12)の外径 より小さく、この径の約2/3である請求項6に記載の装置。 8. ラジアルタービン(14)の平均面が槽の底からの液面(N)の全高(H)の1/3 〜1/2の距離(H2)(1/3H≦H2≦H/2)だけ離れたところに設置される請求項7に 記載の装置。 9. 槽内で製造された反応混合物の一部を再循環するための人口(6)が槽の蓋(3 )に設けられている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
