Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ナノ構造の成形物品および層の製造方法であって、 a)重合性および/または重縮合性有機表面基を有する固体ナノスケール無機 粒子を含む易流動性組成物を提供する工程、 b1)工程a)の該組成物を金型に導入する工程;または b2)工程a)の該組成物を支持体上に適用する工程;および c)該固体粒子の表面基を重合および/または重縮合して硬化された成形物品 または硬化された層を形成する工程、 を包含する、方法。 2. さらなる工程として、前記工程c)の該成形物品および該層それぞれの 好ましくは60〜150℃の範囲の温度での熱的後処理を含むことを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の方法。 3. さらなる工程として、該成形物品および該層それぞれの少なくとも25 0℃、好ましくは少なくとも400℃の温度での熱的高密度化を含むことを特徴とす る、請求項1および2のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 4. 前記ナノスケール粒子が、金属化合物のもの、 特に金属の酸化物、硫化物、セレン化物およびテルル化物ならびにその混合物か ら選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5. 前記ナノスケール粒子が、SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2、ZnO、Ta2O5、SnO2およ びAl2O3並びにその混合物のものから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜 4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6. 前記重合性および/または重縮合性表面基が、(メタ)アクリル、ビニ ル、アリルまたはエポキシ基を特徴とする有機基から選択されることを特徴とす る、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 7. 工程a)で使用される前記固体粒子が、それぞれ表面基を有する固体ナ ノスケール粒子の表面修飾により調製されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の いずれか1つに記載の方法。 8. 工程a)で使用される前記固体粒子が、対応する重合性/重縮合性基を 特徴とする少なくとも1種の化合物を使用して調製されたことを特徴とする、請 求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 9. 前記固体粒子の調製が、ゾルゲル法により行われることを特徴とする 、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 10. 工程a)の前記固体粒子が、フッ素化された表面基、好ましくは、式 Rf-CH2-CH2-[ここで、Rfは2〜12個の炭素原子を有するペルフルオロアルキル基 である]のものを更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに 記載の方法。 11. 工程c)が、前記固体粒子に結合していない重合性および/または重 縮合性のモノマーまたはオリゴマー種の存在下に行われることを特徴とする、請 求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 12. 工程c)が、熱開始剤および/または光開始剤の存在下に行われるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 13. 工程c)が、光化学的な重合/重縮合を含むことを特徴とする、請求 項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 14. 工程b2)の前記支持体が、プラスチック、金属またはガラス製であ ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 15. 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の方法によって得ることがで きる、ナノ構造の成形された物品。 16. 請求項1に記載のプラスチック製支持体上 に高度に引掻き耐性のナノ構造の層を製造する方法であって、 a)重合性/重縮合性基を特徴とする少なくとも1種の加水分解性シランを少 なくとも15重量%の濃度で含むシステム中ナノスケール金属酸化物粒子の分散液 を提供し、その後に該シランをプレ加水分解する工程; b)工程a)の組成物をプラスチック製支持体上に適用する工程;および c)プラスチック製支持体上に適用された層を光化学的に硬化する工程、 を包含する、方法。 17. 前記金属酸化物粒子が、Al2O3、TiO2および/またはZrO2のもので あることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。 18. 前記シランが、(メタ)アクリル、ビニルまたはアリル基を有するこ とを特徴とする、請求項16および17のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 19. 工程a)において前記金属酸化物粒子が、少なくとも20重量%、好ま しくは少なくとも30重量%の濃度で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項16〜 18のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 20. 工程a)の前記プレ加水分解が、別々に加え られる有機溶媒の非存在下に行われることを特徴とする、請求項16〜19のい ずれか1つに記載の方法。 21. 光開始剤が、工程b)を行なう前に加えられることを特徴とする、請 求項16〜20のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 22. 前記プラスチック製支持体が、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリカー ボネートまたはポリスチレン製のものであることを特徴とする、請求項16〜2 1のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 23. 請求項1〜14および16〜22のいずれか1つに記載の方法によ って得ることができる、ナノ構造の層を備えた支持体。
