Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)ポリイソシアネート成分と、(b)ポリオール混合物、(c)触媒 および(d)発泡剤、ならびに必要に応じて難燃剤、減粘剤および整泡剤からな るポリオール成分とを混合して発泡させる硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法 において、 ポリイソシアネート成分(a)がポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネー トあるいは、その変性体であり、 ポリオール混合物(b)が、 (b−1)脂肪族アミンにアルキレンオキシドを付加した水酸基価が300〜 800mgKOH/gのポリオール20〜80重量部 (b−2)芳香族アミン、芳香環を持ったマンニッヒ塩基、または多官能フェ ノールを出発物質として製造された水酸基価が170〜600mgKOH/gの少 なくとも1種の芳香族ポリエーテルポリオール20〜80重量部 (b−3)出発物質として脂肪族アミンを含まない化合物を用いて得られたポ リオール、または芳香環を含まないポリエーテルポリオールおよび/または芳香 族ポリエステルポリオール40重量部未満 からなり、ポリオール混合物(b)の水酸基価が300〜800mgKOH/gで あり、 触媒(c)が、少なくとも1種の金属系触媒であり、必要に応じて、3級アミ ン化合物を組み合わせたものであり、 発泡剤(d)が、1級または2級アミン化合物と二酸化炭素の付加物であり、 必要に応じて、低沸点化合物および/または水を組み合わせたものである硬質ポ リウレタンフォームの製造方法。 2.(b)ポリオール混合物、(c)触媒および(d)発泡剤、ならびに必要に 応じて難燃剤、減粘剤および整泡剤からなるポリオール組成物であって、 ポリオール混合物(b)が、 (b−1)脂肪族アミンにアルキレンオキシドを付加した水酸基価が300〜 800mgKOH/gのポリオール20〜80重量部 (b−2)芳香族アミン、芳香環を持ったマンニッヒ塩基、または多官能フェ ノールを出発物質として製造された水酸基価が170〜600mgKOH/gの少 なくとも1種の芳香族ポリエーテルポリオール20〜80重量部 (b−3)出発物質として脂肪族アミンを含まない化合物を用いて得られたポ リオールまたは芳香環を含まないポリエーテルポリオールおよび/または芳香族 ポリエステルポリオール40重量部未満 からなり、ポリオール混合物(b)の水酸基価が300〜800mgKOH/gで あり、 触媒(c)が、少なくとも1種の金属系触媒であり、必要に応じて、3級アミ ン化合物を組み合わせたものであり、 発泡剤(d)が、1級または2級アミン化合物と二酸化炭素の付加物であり、 必要に応じて、低沸点化合物および/または水を組み合わせたものであるポリオ ール組成物。
