Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一般式(I): (F−L)m−A (I) [式中、 Fは600〜1200nmの吸収最大値を有する染料分子少なくとも1個を有す るシアニン染料分子、スクアリリウム(Squarilium)染料分子、クロコニウム(Cro conium)染料分子、メロシアニン染料分子またはオキソノール染料分子を表わし 、 Lは式: [式中、pは2〜4の数値である]で示される構造体の酸不安定結合および/ま たは酵素的に分割可能な結合を含有するリンカー構造体を表わし、 mは1〜80の数値であり、 (ここで、mが1〜3の数値である場合には、 Aは少なくとも1個の600〜1200nmの吸収最大値を有する染料分子、抗 生作用分子または抗増殖抑制効果分子、生体分子、非生物巨大分子、または化合 物:B−(L−W)oまたはD−(L−W)oを表わし、この場合、 Dは非生物学的巨大分子を表わし、 Bは生体分子を表わし、 Lは前記の意味を表わし、 Wは抗生作用分子または抗増殖抑制効果分子を表わし、 oは1〜20の数値である、 および、ここで、mが4〜80の数値である場合には、 Aは生体分子、非生物巨大分子、または化合物:B−(L−W)oまたはD−( L−W)oを表わし、この場合 D、B、L、Wおよびoは、前記の意味を表わす]で示される化合物。 2. 一般式(I)中、Aがポリメチン染料、テトラピロル染料、テトラアザピ ロル染料、キサンチン染料、フェノキサジン染料またはフェノチアジン染料を表 わす、請求項1記載の化合物。 3. 一般式(I)中でAが、シアニン染料、スクアリリウム染料、クロコニウ ム染料、メロシアニン染料またはオキソノール染料を表わす、請求項1または2 記載の化合物。 4. 一般式(I)中、Fおよび/またはAが一般式(II): [式中、 R1〜R4およびR7〜R10は互いに無関係にフッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子、 ヨウ素原子または窒素基を表わすか、または基:−COOE1、−CONE1E2 、−NHCOE1、−NHCONHE1、−NE1E2、−OE1、−OSO3E1、 −SO3E1、−SO2NHE1、−E1を表わし、 (ここで、E1およびE2は互いに無関係に水素原子、飽和または不飽和の、分枝 鎖状または直鎖状C1〜C50−アルキル鎖を表わし、この場合、鎖またはこれら の鎖の一部は、場合によっては1つまたは複数の芳香族または飽和環状C5〜C6 単位または二環状のC10単位を形成してよく、かつこの場合、C1〜C50−アル キル鎖は酸素原子0〜15個および/またはカルボニル基0〜3個によって中断 されており、および/またはヒドロキシ基0〜5個、エステル基0〜5個、カル ボキシ基0〜3個、もしくはアミノ基0〜3個で置換されている)、 およびここで、それぞれ隣接した基R1〜R4および/またはR7〜R10は6員の 芳香族炭素環の形成下に互いに結合していてよく、 R5およびR6は互いに無関係に、前記の意味を有する基:−E1、またはC1〜C4 −スルホアルキル鎖を表わし、 および/またはR1〜R10はLとの結合を表わし、Qは断片: (ここで、 R11は水素原子、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子、ヨウ素原子または窒素基を 表わすか、またはE1およびE2が前記の意味を表わす場合に、基:−NE1E2、 −OE1または−E1を表わすか、またはLとの結合を表わし、 R12は水素原子、または前記の意味を表わす基:E1を表わし、 bは数値0、2または3である)を表わし、 XおよびYは互いに無関係に基:O、S、−CH=CH−または断片: (ここで、R13およびR14は互いに無関係に水素を表わすか、または飽和または 不飽和の、分枝鎖状または直鎖状で、5個までの酸素原子によって中断されてい てよいか、および/または5個までのヒドロキシ基で置換されていてよいC1〜 C10−アルキル鎖を表わし、かつここで、基R13およびR14は5員環または6員 環の形成下に互いに結合していてよい)を表わす]で示されるシアニン染料を表 わす、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の化合物。 5. 一般式(I)中で、WまたはAが抗生物質、ホルモン作用物質ならびに他 の細胞増殖抑制効果物質を表わす、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の化 合物。 6. 一般式(I)中、Lが酵素的に分割可能な化学結合を含有する構造体を表 わす、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の化合物。 7. 一般式(I)中、Lが、カテプシン、ペプチダーゼ、カルボキシペプチダ ーゼ、α−グルコシダーゼおよびβ−グルコシダーゼ、脂肪分解酵素、ホスホリ パーゼ、ホスファターゼ、ホスホジエステラーゼ、蛋白質分解酵素、エラスター ゼ、スルファターゼ、還元酵素および細菌性酵素によって分割される構造体を表 わす、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の化合物。 8. 一般式(I)中、Aおよび/またはBが抗体、抗体の接合体および断片、 特異ペプチドおよびタンパク質、受容体、酵素、酵素培養基、ヌクレオチド、天 然または合成のリボ核酸またはデオキシリボ核酸、またはこれらの化学変性物、 例えばアプタマー(Aptamer)またはアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド、リポタン パク質、レクチン、炭水化物、単糖類、二糖類または三糖類、線状または分枝鎖 状オリゴ糖または多糖またはオリゴ糖誘導体または多糖誘導体、またはデキスト ランを表わす、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の化合物。 9. 一般式(I)中、Dがポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコー ル、ポリリシンまたはポリリシン−デンドリマー(Dendrimer)またはこれらの誘 導体を表わす、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の化合物。 10.NIR線を用いた、発病した組織範囲の生体内診断法のため、ならびに発 病した組織範囲の治療のための、請求項1によるによる化合物の使用。 11.少なくとも1つの請求項1による化合物と一緒に常用の助剤および/また は担体物質ならびに希釈剤を含有する、NIR線を用いた、発病した組織範囲の 生体内診断法のための視覚による診断薬。
