- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 実質的に平面状の外壁、該平面状の外壁を取り囲む丸みを帯びた端壁、およ び該丸みを帯びた端壁を取り囲む外縁部とを有する第1バッグ部分と、 該外縁部に接合され、かつ、該第1バッグ部分の該平面状の外壁と重なり、該 平面状の外壁が丸みを帯びた端壁の半径と少なくとも等しい空間を開けるように 、離れておかれた第2のバッグ部分を組み合わせて構成されたバッグ。 2. 該バッグが熱に不安定な物質を収納する請求の範囲第1項記載のバッグ。 3. 該バッグが細胞性生物物質を収容する請求の範囲第1項記載のバッグ。 4. 該バッグの内部がポートによって外部と連絡している請求の範囲第1項記載 のバッグ。 5. 該ポートが該外縁部内を通って広がる請求の範囲第4項記載のバッグ。 6. 該バッグ内に仕切りを設け、該仕切りによって、互いに分割された少なくと も2つの収容部分を含む、該バッグ中の分界領域を定めた請求の範囲第5項記載 のバッグ。 7. 第2のポートを備え、1つのポートが該第1収容部分と連通し、他のポート が該第2収容部分と連通している請求の範囲第6項記載のバッグ。 8. 該収容部分が連通路によって相互に連通している請求の範囲第7項記載のバ ッグ。 9. 該連通路が両者間の連絡を妨げる手段を含む請求の 範囲第8項記載のバッグ。 10.該バッグの第2部分が、該第1の部分と対称型である請求の範囲第9項記載 のバッグ。 11.該バッグの第2部分が、該第1の部分と対称型である請求の範囲第1項記載 のバッグ。 12.該バッグの内部が、ポートによって外部と連通している請求の範囲第11項記 載のバッグ。 13.該ポートが該外縁部内を通って広がる請求の範囲第12項記載のバッグ。 14.該バッグ内に仕切りを設け、該仕切りによって互いに分割された少なくとも 2つの収容部分を含む、該バッグ中の分界領域が形成された請求の範囲第13項記 載のバッグ。 15.第2のポートを備え、1つのポートが該第1収容部分と連通し、他のポート が該第2収容部分と連通している請求の範囲第14項記載のバッグ。 16.該収容部分が連通路によって相互に連通している請求の範囲第15項記載のバ ッグ。 17.該連通路が両者間の連絡を妨げる手段を含む請求の範囲第16項記載のバッグ 。 18.該連通路が溶融してシールされ得る材料から形成された壁面を有する請求の 範囲第17項記載のバッグ。 19.平面状表面、該平面状表面を取り囲む丸みを帯びた外縁、および該丸みを帯 びた外縁を取り囲み、該平面状表面に平行に向けられた外縁棚を含む凹部を有す る第1成形型を製造し、 該第1成形型上に未加工のシート状材料を置いて、該シートを金型の形状に成 形し、 成形されたシートを取り出して、バッグを成形する工程を含むことを特徴とす るバッグを成形する方法。 20.該バッグ内に熱に不安定な物質を収納する工程を含む請求の範囲第19項記載 の方法。 21.該バッグ内に細胞性生物物質を収納する工程を含む請求の範囲第19項記載の 方法。 22.バッグの成形が、第1成形型の鏡像の形状を有する第2成形型を作り、未加 工のシート材料を該第2成形型上に置いて、該シートを成形型の形状に合わせ、 第1成形型から成形されたシートと第2成形型から成形されたシートとを互いに 揃えることによってバッグを成形することによってなされる請求の範囲第19項記 載の方法。 23.第1成形型と第2成形型の両方にポート型凹部を設けることによって、バッ グの内部へ通じる複数のポートを形成する工程を含む請求の範囲第22項記載の方 法。 24.成形された各シートを重ね合わせたとき、バッグ内に2つの収容部分を形成 するために、少なくとも2つの収容部分が成形型内にできるように、成形型に仕 切りを設ける工程を含む請求の範囲第23項記載の方法。 25.仕切りに隣接して成形型内に通路を設け、該仕切りを越えて、かつ、第1と 第2の収容部分の間の連通を可能とすることによって、2つの収容部分の間に連 通路を設ける工程を含む請求の範囲第24項記載の方法。 26.全収容部分に対してポートを設ける工程を含む請求の範囲第25項記載の方法 。 27.2つの成形されたシート間に、分予移動を生じる外縁部を接着させることに よって、各成形シートの外縁 部をシールする工程を含む請求の範囲第26項記載の方法。 28.平面状の外壁、該外壁を取り囲む丸みを帯びた端壁および該外壁に平行して 、該端壁を取り囲み、ポケットとなる外縁部を有する第1シート材料を成形し、 該ポケットを第2シート材料でシールして成形されたバッグ。 29.該バッグが熱に不安定な物質を収納する請求の範囲第28項項記載のバッグ。 30.該バッグが細胞性生物物質を収納する請求の範囲第28項項記載のバッグ。 31.バッグの成形が、第1成形型の鏡像の形状を有する第2成形型を作り、未加 工のシート材料を該第2金型上に置いて、該シートを成形型の形状に合わせ、第 1成形型から形成されたシートと第2成形型から成形されたシートとを互いにそ ろえることによってバッグを成形することによってなされる請求の範囲第28項記 載の方法。 32.第1成形型と第2成形型の両方にポート型凹部を設けることによって、バッ グの内部へ通じる複数のポートを形成する工程を含む請求の範囲第31項記載の方 法。 33.該成形型内に仕切りを設けることにより、成形型内に少なくとも2つの収容 部分を形成し、それにより形成後の各シートを一つにするときに、該バッグ中に 2つの収容部分を形成する請求の範囲第32項記載の方法。 34.仕切りに隣接して成形型内に通路を設け、該仕切りを越えて、かつ、第1と 第2の収容部分の間の連通を可能とすることによって、2つの収容部分の間に連 通 路を設ける工程を含む請求の範囲第33項記載の方法。 35.全収容部分に対してポートを設ける工程を含む請求の範囲第34項記載の方法 。 36.2つの成形されたシート間に、分子移動を生じる外縁部を接着させることに よって、各成形シートの外縁部をシールする工程を含む請求の範囲第35項記載の 方法。 37.平面状表面、該平面状表面を取り囲む丸みを帯びた外縁、および該丸みを帯 びた外縁を取り囲み、該平面状表面に平行に向けられた外縁端を含む凹部、 該外縁部を覆うように、該凹部上に未加工のシートを受け取る手段、 成形型の輪郭に未加工シート材料を合わせて成形する手段を組み合わせて含む バッグ成形用成形型。 38.成形されたバッグ中にポートを取り付けるために、成形型のキャビティーに 注入ポートを形成するリリーフエリアを含む請求の範囲第37項記載の成形型。 39.成形型の一部分内に設けられ、成形型を少なくとも2つの収納部分に分割す る仕切りを含む請求の範囲第38項記載の成形型。 40.第1と第2の収容部分との間をつなぎ、かつ、前記仕切りを通過する連通路 を含む請求の範囲第39項記載の成形型。 41.収容部分のそれぞれに向けて設けたポートを含む請求の範囲第40項記載の成 形型。 42.第1の成形型と鏡像状に対称である第2の成形型を含んでおり、それによっ て成形されたバッグが、一方の成形型の半径の2倍の厚さを有する請求の範囲第 41 項記載の成形型。 43.成形されたバッグが熱に不安定な物質を収納する請求の範囲第42項記載の成 形型。 44.成形されたバッグが細胞性生物物質を収納する請求の範囲第43項記載の成形 型。 45.凹部が平面状の壁で成形されるように、共平面シートのそれぞれをある形に 真空成形し、かつ、 平面状の壁から、棚部と平面状壁との間に広がる、ある半径を有する外縁棚に 移送することを含み、成形された平面状シートが実質的に均一な厚さを全体的に 有し、歪応力を開放する ことを特徴とする、外縁部でシールされ、注入ポートが設けられた2枚のプラ スチック製の共平面シートから作成されたプラスチック製収納器具における損傷 を減少させる方法。
