Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリアミドが脂肪族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族ジアミンとから誘導される単位60 〜99重量%から実質的に成るところのポリアミド組成物から作られた自動車部品 において、残りの鎖単位が1または2以上の脂環式ジカルボン酸と脂肪族ジアミ ンとから、または、1または2以上の脂環式ジアミンと脂肪族ジカルボン酸とか ら誘導されることを特徴とする自動車部品。 2.脂環式ジカルボン酸がシクロヘキシルジカルボン酸であり、且つ、脂環式ジ アミンがシクロヘキシルジアミンであることを特徴とする請求項1に従う自動車 部品。 3.シクロヘキシルジカルボン酸が1,4−シクロヘキシルジカルボン酸であり 、且つ、シクロヘキシルジアミンが1,4−シクロヘキシルジアミンであること を特徴とする請求項2に従う自動車部品。 4.脂肪族ジカルボン酸が2〜16個のメチル基を含み、且つ、脂肪族ジアミンが4 〜16個のメチル基を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う自 動車部品。 5.鎖単位の2〜35重量%が脂環式ジカルボン酸または脂環式ジアミンから誘導 されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う自動車部品。 6.鎖単位の10〜25重量%が脂環式ジカルボン酸または脂環式ジアミンから誘導 されることを特徴とする請求項5に従う自動車部品。 7.脂肪族ジカルボン酸がアジピン酸であり、且つ、脂肪族ジアミンが1,6−ヘ キサメチレンジアミン、および1,4−テトラメチレンジアミン又はそれらの混合 物からなる群より選ばれたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う 自動車部品。 8.α,ω−アミノ酸から誘導される単位も、又、存在することを特徴とする請 求項7に従う自動車部品。 9.α,ω−アミノ酸が、6−アミノカプロン酸、11−アミノウンデカン酸およ び12−アミノドテカン酸からなる群から選ばれたことを特徴とする請求項8に従 う自動車部品。 10.ポリアミド組成物が、(組成物全体に対して)10〜60重量%の強化物質を含 有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う自動車部品。 11.ポリアミド組成物が25〜45重量%の強化物質を含有することを特徴とする請 求項10に従う自動車部品。 12.自動車部品が射出成形により作られることを特徴とする請求項10または11に 従う自動車部品。
