Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面に設けるための光学干渉コーティングであって、該コーティングは、堅 著な機械的劣化を生じることなく、室温と約1200℃との間のサイクルを繰り 返すことができ、該コーティングはジルコニアの層とシリカの層を交互に重ねて なる、光学干渉コーティング。 2.前記ジルコニア層及びシリカ層は、それぞれ光学干渉コーティングンの高屈 折率層と低屈折率層とを形成する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の光学干渉コーティ ング。 3.前記ジルコニア層及びシリカ層を、石英ガラス、結晶性石英、酸化アルミニ ウム、及びサファイアからなる群より選択される基体に設ける、請求の範囲第1 項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 4.前記基体が、高温放電ランプのバーナーを包囲する、請求の範囲第3項に記 載の光学干渉コーティング。 5.前記基体からもっとも離れた位置にある、前記光学干渉コーティングを完成 させる層が、前記基体に設けた他の全てのシリカ層の厚さの合計の少なくとも半 分の厚さのシリカを含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 6.前記最初に設けられ、よって前記基体に接触している材料層がシリカを含む 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 7.前記ジルコニア層及びシリカ層が、ブロードバンドコールドミラーを形成す る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 8.前記ジルコニア層及びシリカ層がホットミラーを形成する、請求の範囲第1 項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 9.前記表面が、ハロゲンランプ、ベーパディスチャージランプ、及びアークラ ンプからなる群より選択されるランプのランプバーナーと組合せて用られる、請 求の範囲第1項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 10.前記ジルコニア層及びシリカ層を、表示管の表面に設ける、請求の範囲第1 項に記載の光学干渉コーティング。 11.基体−コーティング複合体であって、該基体は、石英ガラス、結晶性石英、 酸化アルミニウム、及びサファイアからなる群より選択されるものを含み、前記 コーティングは、前記基体と接触しているシリカの第一層と、交互に重なる一連 のジルコニア層及びシリカ層とを含む、基体−コーティング複合体。 12.前記シリカの最終層が、前記コーティング中の他の全てのシリカ層の厚さの 合計の少なくとも約半分の厚さである、請求の範囲第11項に記載の複合体。
