Claims (5)
- 発光管と;
前記発光管の外面に形成される多層膜と;
を具備し、
前記多層膜は低屈折率膜と高屈折率膜とが交互に積層され、前記発光管から最も遠い前記低屈折率膜の膜厚が他の前記低屈折率膜の膜厚の2.0倍以上4.0倍以下であり、前記発光管に最も近い前記高屈折率膜の膜厚が他の前記高屈折率膜の膜厚の1.0倍以上1.5倍以下である、ヒータ。 - 前記発光管から最も遠い前記低屈折率膜の膜厚は、前記他の低屈折率膜の膜厚の2.2倍以上3.0倍以下である、請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記高屈折率膜は、酸化鉄を主成分とし、前記低屈折率膜は、酸化ケイ素を主成分とする、請求項1または2に記載のヒータ。
- 前記発光管に最も近い高屈折率膜から前記発光管から最も遠い前記低屈折率膜の間に形成された前記高屈折率膜および前記低屈折率膜の膜厚は、該高屈折率膜ごとに略同じ厚みであり、該低屈折率膜ごとに略同じ厚みである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のヒータ。
- 前記高屈折率膜ごとの膜厚は、前記低屈折率膜ごとの膜厚よりも薄い、請求項4に記載のヒータ。
