Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の縁部と第2の縁部を有して管状に成形され、該第2の縁部は第1の 縁部を越えて伸展して多数の層の重なり領域を形成し、該重なり領域の粘膜下組 織各層は互いに結合している、粘膜下組織の第1シートと、 第1の縁部と第2の縁部を有し、前記粘膜下組織の管と付着せしめられ、該第 1の縁部と第2の縁部が、その下の粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないように前記粘膜下 組織管の長さ方向に沿って互いに縫合される粘膜下組織の第2シートとを有する 一体的な多数層の粘膜下組織人工器官。 2.前記第1シートから形成された粘膜下組織管の第1の縁部と、反対側の第 2の縁部とが、ほぼ互いに平行である請求項1に記載の人工器官。 3.前記粘膜下組織管が2層の粘膜下組織を有し、前記多層重なり領域が粘膜 下組織の3層を有する請求項2に記載の人工器官。 4.前記重なり領域における、粘膜下組織の前記多層部分が、架橋剤処理によ って相互に結合されている請求項1に記載の人工器官。 5.前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートとが、それらの組織を脱水 する条件下で、前記粘膜下組織を圧着することによって相互に融合している請求 項4に記載の人工器官。 6.前記架橋剤がグルタルアルデヒドである請求項4に記載の人工器官。 7.前記重なり領域における粘膜下組織の前記多層部分が互いに縫合によって 固定されていて、この重なり領域が前記粘膜下組織第2シートに形成された縫合 部分からずれている(offset)請求項1に記載の人工器官。 8.前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートとが、それらの組織を脱水 する条件下で、前記粘膜下組織を圧着することによって相互に融合している請求 項7に記載の人工器官。 9.前記粘膜下組織が、温血脊椎動物の外腔筋層と、少なくとも粘膜層の管腔 部とから剥離した腸管粘膜下組織から成る請求項1に記載の人工器官。 10.前記粘膜下組織管が、前記粘膜下組織シートの外腔面が該管の外部に接す るように形成されている請求項1に記載の人工器官。 11.第1の縁部と第2の縁部を有して管状に成形され、該第2の縁部は第1の 縁部を越えて伸展して多数の層の重なり領域を形成し、該重なり領域の粘膜下組 織各層は互いに結合している、粘膜下組織の第1シートと、 第1の縁部と第2の縁部を有し、前記粘膜下組織の管と付着せしめられ、該第 2の縁部は第1の縁部を越えて伸展して、その下の粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないよ うにそれ自身に縫合される粘膜下組織の第2シートとを有する 一体的な多数層の粘膜下組織人工器官。 12.前記第1シートから形成された粘膜下組織管の第1の縁部と、反対側の第 2の縁部とが、ほぼ互いに平行である請求項11に記載の人工器官。 13.前記重なり領域における、粘膜下組織の前記多層部分が、架橋剤処理によ って相互に結合されている請求項11に記載の人工器官。 14.前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートとが、それらの組織を脱水 する条件下で、前記粘膜下組織を圧着することによって相互に融合している請求 項13に記載の人工器官。 15.前記架橋剤がグルタルアルデヒドである請求項13に記載の人工器官。 16.前記重なり領域における粘膜下組織の前記多層部分が互いに縫合によって 固定されていて、この重なり領域が前記粘膜下組織第2シートに形成された縫合 部分からずれている(offset)請求項11に記載の人工器官。 17.前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートとが、それらの組織を脱水 する条件下で、前記粘膜下組織を圧着することによって相互に融合している請求 項11に記載の人工器官。 18.前記粘膜下組織が、温血脊椎動物の外腔筋層と、少なくとも粘膜層の管腔 部とから剥離した腸管粘膜下組織から成る請求項11に記載の人工器官。 19.所定の径を有する心軸を選択する工程と、 該心軸の上に、第1の縁部および第2の縁部を有する粘膜下組織第1シートを 巻き付けで粘膜下組織管を形成し、このとき該第2の縁部は第1の縁部を越えて 伸展して多数層の重なり領域を形成する工程と、 この重なり領域の粘膜下組織各層を互いに結合させる工程と、 前記粘膜下組織管の上に、第1の縁部と第2の縁部を有する粘膜下組織第2シ ートを巻き付ける工程と、 該第2シートの第2の縁部をその下の第2シートに、前記粘膜下組織管の長さ 方向に沿って、前記粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないように、縫合する工程と、 脱水条件下で前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートを心軸に対して圧 縮する工程とを含む 粘膜下組織のシートからなる管状人工器官を作成する方法。 20.請求項19の方法に加えてさらに、心軸の上に粘膜下組織第1シートを巻 き付ける前に水透過性素材のストリップを心軸に巻き付ける工程を含み、管状人 工器官を形成した後でこのストリップを心軸から除去することで、心軸から該管 状人工器官を取り外すことを補助することを特徴とする請求項19の方法。 21.前記粘膜下組織第2シートの第1の縁部および反対側の第2の縁部を、前 記粘膜下組織管の長さ方向に沿って、粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないように、互いに 縫合する請求項20に記載の方法。 22.前記第2シートの第2の縁部は第2シートの第1の縁部を越えて伸展し、 粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないように、前記粘膜下組織管の長さ方向に沿って縫合さ れる請求項20に記載の方法。 23.所定の径を有する心軸を選択する工程と、 水透過性のストリップの上に、第1の縁部および第2の縁部を有する粘膜下組 織第1シートを巻き付けて粘膜下組織管を形成し、このとき該第2の縁部は第1 の縁部を越えて伸展して多数層の重なり領域を形成する工程と、 前記粘膜下組織管を架橋剤を含む溶液に接触させる工程と、 前記粘膜下組織管の上に、第1の縁部と第2の縁部を有する粘膜下組織第2シ ートを巻き付ける工程と、 該第2シートの第1の縁部および反対側の第2の縁部を、前記粘膜下組織管の 長さ方向に沿って、粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないように、互いに縫合する工程と、 脱水条件下で前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートを心軸に対して圧 縮する工程とを含む 粘膜下組織のシートからなる管状人工器官を作成する方法。 24.請求項23の方法に加えてさらに、心軸の上に粘膜下組織第1シートを巻 き付ける前に水透過性素材のストリップを心軸に巻き付ける工程を含み、管状人 工器官を形成した後でこのストリップを心軸から除去することで、心軸から該管 状人工器官を取り外すことを補助することを特徴とする請求項23の方法。 25.請求項24の方法に加えてさらに、前記粘膜下組織管を架橋剤を含む溶液 に接触させた後で、かつ、前記第2シートを粘膜下組織管に重ねる前に、該粘膜 下組織管を粘膜下組織の脱水条件下で前記心軸に圧縮させることを含む請求項24 に記載の方法。 26.前記架橋剤溶液が約0.1〜1.0%のグルタルアルデヒドから成る請求項24に 記載の方法。 27.前記心軸が管腔空間を有する中空な多孔管であり、かつ前記粘膜下組織を 圧着させる工程が、該心軸の管腔に真空をかけることによって達成される請求項 24に記載の方法。 28.前記粘膜下組織管および粘膜下組織第2シートを圧着させる工程のときに 、該管および第2シートを加熱する請求項24に記載の方法。 29.前記粘膜下組織管および粘膜下組織第2シートを圧着する工程を、圧着室 を用いて行う請求項24に記載の方法。 30.所定の径を有する心軸を選択する工程と、 水透過性のストリップの上に、第1の縁部および第2の縁部を有する粘膜下組 織第1シートを巻き付けて粘膜下組織管を形成し、このとき該第2の縁部は第1 の縁部を越えて伸展して多数層の重なり領域を形成する工程と、 脱水条件下で前記粘膜下組織管を心軸に対して圧縮する工程と、 前記重なり領域の各層を互いに縫合する工程と、 前記粘膜下組織管の上に、第1の横向きの縁部と反対側の第2の縁部を有する 粘膜下組織第2シートを巻き付ける工程と、 該第2シートの第1の縁部および反対側の第2の縁部を、前記粘膜下組織管の 長さ方向に沿って、粘膜下組織管を穿孔しないように、互いに縫合する工程と、 脱水条件下で前記粘膜下組織管と前記粘膜下組織第2シートを心軸に対して圧 縮する工程とを含む 粘膜下組織のシートからなる管状人工器官を作成する方法。 31.請求項30の方法に加えてさらに、心軸の上に粘膜下組織第1シートを巻 き付ける前に水透過性素材のストリップを心軸に巻き付ける工程を含み、管状人 工器官を形成した後でこのストリップを心軸から除去することで、心軸から該管 状人工器官を取り外すことを補助することを特徴とする請求項30の方法。 32.前記心軸が管腔空間を有する中空な多孔管であり、かつ前記粘膜下組織を 圧着させる工程が、該心軸の管腔に真空をかけることによって達成される請求項 31に記載の方法。 33.前記粘膜下組織管および粘膜下組織第2シートを圧着させる工程のときに 、該管および第2シートを加熱する請求項31に記載の方法。 34.前記粘膜下組織管および粘膜下組織第2シートを圧着する工程を、圧着室 を用いて行う請求項31に記載の方法。 35.第1の縁部および第2の縁部を有する粘膜下組織のシートを心軸に重ね、 このとき前記粘膜下組織シートの前記第1の縁部および第2の縁部が重ねられて 粘膜下組織の管を形成する工程と、 前記重ねられた第1および第2の縁部を架橋剤に接触させ、この重ねられた第 1および第2の縁部を脱水条件下で圧着する工程とを含む 粘膜下組織のシートから一体的な不均一の積層管状構成物を作成する方法。 36.前記重ねられた第1および第2の縁部が、真空圧着で圧着される請求項35 に記載の方法。 37.前記架橋剤がグルタルアルデヒドである請求項36に記載の方法。
