Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加熱処理を含み、この加熱処理中に、チタニウムシリカライトタイプ触媒を 少なくとも130℃の温度でガス流によりストリッピングし、該触媒上でのガス 流の量的滞留時間が2時間を越えないことを特徴とするチタニウムシリカライ トタイプ触媒の再生方法。 2.ガス流が窒素、酸素および水から選ばれた少なくとも1種を含有する請求項 1記載の方法。 3.ガス流が酸素を含有する請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.ガス流が少なくとも0.01モル%の水分を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1 項記載の方法。 5.触媒上でのガス流の量的滞留時間が1分〜1時間である請求項1〜4のいず れか1項記載の方法。 6.加熱処理を400℃より低い温度で行う請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方 法。 7.加熱処理を150〜350℃の温度で行う請求項6記載の方法。 8.加熱処理を30分〜8時間持続させる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法 。 9.オレフィンと過酸化水素との反応によるエポキシドの合成からのチタニウム シリカライトタイプの触媒に応用する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法 。 10.塩化アリルと過酸化水素との反応によるエピクロロヒドリンの合成からのチ タニウムシリカライトタイプの触媒に応用する請求項9記載の方法。 11.プロピレンと過酸化水素との反応によるプロピレンオキサイドの合成からの チタニウムシリカライトタイプ触媒に応用する請求項9記載の方法。 12.請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法により再生したチタニウムシリカラ イトタイプ触媒のオレフィンと過酸化水素との反応によるエポキシドの合成に おいての使用。 13.塩化アリルと過酸化水素との反応によるエピクロロヒドリンの合成にお いての請求項12記載の使用。 14.プロピレンと過酸化水素との反応によるプロピレンオキサイドの合成におい ての請求項12記載の使用。
