Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭化水素可溶性のアルキルアルミノキサン組成物を製造する方法において、 (a)非加水分解的手段を経てアルキルアルミノキサン前駆体を調製すること、 (b)不溶性種の形成を防止するところの有機アルミニウム化合物の有効量を上 記前駆体に加えること、及び (c)上記変性された前駆体をアルキルアルミノキサンに転換すること を含むところの方法。 2.有機アルミニウム化合物が、少なくとも一つのトリアルキルアルミニウム化 合物であり、ここで、各々のアルキル基が、二つ又はそれ以上の炭素原子を含む ところの請求項1記載の方法。 3.有機アルミニウム化合物が、少なくとも一つのアルキルアルミノキサンであ り、ここで、アルキル部分が、二つ又はそれ以上の炭素原子を含むところの請求 項1記載の方法。 4.アルキルアルミノキサン前駆体が、少なくとも一つのトリアルキルアルミニ ウム化合物を酸素‐炭素結合を含む化合物で処理することにより調製されるとこ ろの請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.変性された前駆体が、熱分解によりアルキルアルミノキサン組成物に転換さ れるところの請求項4記載の方法。 6.アルキルアルミノキサン前駆体が、二酸化炭素でトリ メチルアルミニウムを処理することにより形成されるところの請求項5記載の方 法。 7.炭化水素可溶性のアルキルアルミノキサン組成物を製造する方法において、 (a)非加水分解的手段を経て、変性されたアルキルアルミノキサン前駆体を調 製すること、 (b)上記変性された前駆体をアルキルアルミノキサンに転換すること、ここで 、変性されたアルキルアルミノキサン前駆体は、トリメチルアルミニウム及び有 機アルミニウム化合物(ここで、アルキル部分は、二つ又はそれ以上の炭素原子 を含む)の混合物を酸素‐炭素結合を含む化合物で処理することにより形成され るを含むところの方法。 8.アルキルアルミノキサン前駆体が、トリメチルアルミニウム及び有機アルミ ニウム化合物を二酸化炭素で処理することにより形成されるところの請求項7記 載の方法。 9.変性された前駆体が、熱分解によりアルキルアルミノキサン組成物に転換さ れるところの請求項7記載の方法。 10.アルキルアルミノキサン前駆体が、二酸化炭素でトリメチルアルミニウムを 処理することにより形成されるところの請求項7記載の方法。 11.炭化水素可溶性のアルキルアルミノキサン組成物を製造する方法において、 (a)非加水分解的手段を経てメチルアルミノキサン前駆体を調製すること、 (b)上記前駆体をメチルアルミノキサンに転換すること、及び (c)該メチルアルミノキサン物質をアルキルアルミノキサン(ここで、アルキ ル部分は、二つ又はそれ以上の炭素原子を含む)の可溶化量で処理することを含 むところの方法。 12.メチルアルミノキサン前駆体が、トリメチルアルミニウムを酸素‐炭素結合 を含む化合物で処理することにより調製されるところの請求項11記載の方法。 13.メチルアルミノキサン前駆体が、熱分解によりメチルアルミノキサンに転換 されるところの請求項11記載の方法。 14.メチルアルミノキサン前駆体が、二酸化炭素でトリメチルアルミニウムを処 理することにより形成されるところの請求項11記載の方法。 15.脂肪族炭化水素溶剤中で行われる請求項1、7又は11のいずれか一つに記載 の方法。 16.芳香族炭化水素溶剤中で行われる請求項1、7又は11のいずれか一つに記載 の方法。 17.助触媒成分として、請求項1、7又は11のいずれか一つに記載の方法により 製造されたアルキルアルミノキサン組成物の少なくとも一つを含むところの重合 触媒組成物。
