Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.周期表の第3〜6族又はランタニド系列の金属Mと、一般式(I):C5A Rn[式中、Aは周期表の第13〜16族から選択される元素であり、RはC又 はAに結合していてもよいし、橋を形成してもよく、独立して水素であるか又は 1個以上のヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい有機置換基であり、nは3とAの原子 価数の和である]の少なくとも1個の(ヘテロ)シクロヘキサジエニル配位子の 有機金属化合物である第1の成分と、共触媒として機能する第2の成分を含む触 媒組成物。 2.Aが少なくとも1個の炭素原子を介して金属Mと配位している配位子と橋を 形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。 3.第1の成分が有機金属化合物であり、金属Mがチタン、ジルコニウム及びハ フニウムからなる群から選択され、Aがホウ素、第4級炭素、ケイ素、ゲルマニ ウム、窒素、リン、ヒ素、酸素及び硫黄からなる群から選択されることを特徴と する請求項1又は2に記載の触媒組成物。 4.第1の成分が有機金属化合物であり、該有機金属化合物が 一般式(II)又は(III) (C5AR’n-p)mR”p(C5AR’n-p)MQq (II) (C4AR’n-p)mR”p(C5AR’n-p)MQq (III) [式中、A、M及びnは上記と同義であり、各R’は同一でも異なってもよく、 水素又は(場合により1個以上のヘテロ原子を含む)炭素原子数1〜20の有機 置換基から選択されるか、又は2個の置換基が一緒になって融合C4〜C6環を形 成し、R”は2個のジエニル環を架橋する分子フラグメントであり、各Qは同一 でも異なってもよく、そのうちの2個が相互に結合して環を形成してもよく、水 素、ハロゲン、酸素、硫黄、又は場合により更に置換された炭素原子数1〜20 のアリール、アルキル、アルケニル、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、ア ルキルオキシル、アリールオキシル、アルキルアザニル、アリールアザニル、ア ルキルチオリル、アリールチオリル、アルキルホスファリル、アリールホスファ リル、アルキルアザンジイル、アリールアザンジイル、アルキルホスファンジイ ル、アリールホスファンジイル、(ヘテロ)シクロジエニル、インデニルもしく はフルオレニルからなる群から選択され、pは0又は1であり、mは0、1、2 、3又は4であり、qは1、2、 3又は4であり、m+1とQ基の原子価の合計の和は金属の原子価に等しい]で 表されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。 5.mが1であり、pが0である請求項4に記載の触媒組成物。 6.共触媒がヒドロカルビルアルミニウム化合物であることを特徴とする請求項 1から5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。 7.共触媒がアルミノキサンであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の触媒組成 物。 8.共触媒が嵩高で実質的に非配位性のアニオン[An-]を提供することが可 能な化合物であり、前記共触媒が請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の有機金 属化合物と反応して一般式(IV)又は(V): [(C5AR′n-p)mR″p(C5AR′n-p)MQq +][An-] (IV) [(C4AR′n-p)mR″p(C5AR′n-p)MQq +][An-] (V) [式中、カチオンの成分は上記(式II)と同義であり、但し、少なくとも1個 のQは水素又は場合により更に置換された炭素原子数1〜20のアリール、アル キル、アルケニル、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキルもしくはシクロジエニ ルからなる群から選択され、m+1とQ基の原子価の合計の和は金属の原 子価−1に等しい]のイオン性化合物を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から 5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。 9.アニオン[An-]が有機ホウ素化合物であることを特徴とする請求項8に 記載の触媒組成物。 10.固体不活性担体材料に担持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9の いずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物。 11.請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒組成物の存在下で実施する ことを特徴とする、オレフィン性不飽和炭化水素を(コ)オリゴマー化又は(共 )重合する方法。
