Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の巻線(T1W1)と第2の巻線(T1W2)を有する変成器(T1) と、 入力供給電圧源(RAW B+)と、 周期的スイッチング制御信号(VB)に応答して、前記入力供給電圧を前記第 1の巻線に周期的に供給するスイッチング・トランジスタ(Q1)と、 前記第2の巻線に結合され、前記第2の巻線における変成器結合された電圧( VQ1)を整流して、負荷(303)に結合される整流された出力供給電圧(R EG B+)を発生する整流器(DOUT2)であって、前記入力供給電圧が前 記第1の巻線に供給されるとき、所定期間の一部(導通状態のQ1)の間、前記 出力供給電圧が発生され、フォワード変換器動作を与える、前記整流器と、 前記第1の巻線を介して前記第2の巻線に結合され、前記整流器を流れる電流 (IDOUT2)の変化率を制限するインダクタ(Lres)と、 前記インダクタに結合され、前記トランジスタが非導通のとき、共振回路を形 成するキャパシタンス(C8)と、 前記共振回路に発生する共振電圧(VQ1)に応答し、前記出力供給電圧を制 御するスイッチング・タイミングを有し、前記スイッチング制御信号を発生して 、前記スイッチング・トランジスタにゼロ電圧のスイッチングを与える制御回路 (Q2,Q3)とから成る、フォワード変換器。 2.前記インダクタ(Lres)が前記第1の巻線(T1W1)と直列に結合され ている、請求項1記載の変換器。 3.前記所定期間の一部の間、前記第2の巻線(T1W2)と前記負荷(303 )との間の電流路に低インピーダンス(DOUT2導通)が形成される、請求項 1記載の変換器。 4.前記制御回路(Q2,Q3)が前記出力供給電圧(REG B+)に応答し て、負帰還の態様で前記スイッチング制御信号(VB)のデューティ・サイクル を変化させ、前記出力供給電圧を調整する、請求項1記載の変換器。 5.前記整流器(DOUT2)に結合されるフィルタ・コンデンサ(CFILT ER2)を含み、前記第2の巻線(T1W2)と前記フィルタ・コンデンサの間 の電流路に低インピーダンス(DOUT2導通)が形成され、且つ前記インダク タ(Lres)が前記電流路を流れる電流を制限する、請求項1記載のフォワード 変換器。 6.前記第1の巻線(T1W1)と第2の巻線(T1W2)が、前記変成器(T 1)の1次巻線と2次巻線をそれぞれ形成する、フォワード変換器。 7.前記変成器が、 第3の巻線(T1W3)と、 前記第3の巻線に結合される第2の整流器(DOUT3)であって、前記第3 の巻線に発生する変成器結合された電圧を整流して、第2の負荷(302)に結 合される整流された第2の出力電圧(U)を発生し、前記インダクタ(Lres) が前記第1の巻線(T1W1)を介して前記第3の巻線に結合され、前記第2の 整流器を流れる電流(IDOUT3)の変化率を制限する、前記第2の整流器を 含む、請求項1記載のフォワード変換器。 8.前記第2の巻線(T1W2)と第3の巻線(T1W3)が、それらに発生す る電圧に追従するように蜜に結合されている、請求項7記載のフォワード変換器 。 9.前記第3の巻線(T1W3)と前記第2の整流器(DOUT3)の間の電流 路に低インピーダンス(DOUT3導通)が形成される、請求項7記載のフォワ ード変換器。 10.前記フォワード変成器が電流モードで動作する、請求項1記載のフォワー ド変成器。 11.第1の巻線(T1W1)と第2の巻線(T1W2)を有する変成器(T1 )と、 入力供給電圧源(RAW B+)と、 周期的スイッチング信号(VB)に応答して、前記第1の巻線に前記入力供給 電圧を周期的に供給するスイッチング・トランジスタ(Q1)と、 前記第2の巻線に結合される第1の整流器(DOUT2)であって、前記第2 の巻線中に発生する変成器結合電圧(VQ1)を整流し、該変成器結合電圧は、 前記入力供給電圧がフォワード変換器動作において前記第1の巻線に供給される 所定期間の一部の間、前記整流器を介して負荷(303)に結合されて該負荷に 整流された出力供給電圧(REG B+)を発生し、前記第2の巻線と前記負荷 の間の第1の電流路が前記整流器(DOUT2)を含み、低インピーダンスを呈 する、前記第1の整流器と、 前記第1の巻線に結合され、前記第1の電流路を流れる電流(IDOUT2) の変化率を制限するインダクタ(Lres)と、 前記出力供給電圧を制御するスイッチング・タイミングを有し、前記スイッチ ング制御信号を発生する制御回路(Q2,Q3)とから成る、フォワード変換器 。 12.前記第2の巻線(T1W2)と第3の巻線(T1W3)の各々が前記第1 の巻線(T1W1)に蜜に結合されて、前記変成器(T1)の漏れインダクタン スを減少させる、請求項11記載のフォワード変成器。 13.前記フォワード変換器が、電流モードの場合ゼロ電圧のスイッチングで動 作する、請求項11記載のフォワード変換器。
