が確実なドリル及び掘削装置を得る。 【解決手段】 ドリル及び掘削工具のための駆動軸19
に平行に配置した中間軸1を、駆動ピニオン14,15
を介して駆動モータにより回転駆動する。中間軸1に支
承した打撃機構のための揺動駆動装置7と、中間軸1に
支承しかつ切替素子20によって軸線方向に移動自在の
切替スリーブ9とを具え、切替スリーブ9は、第1歯部
10によって揺動駆動装置7の対応の対向歯部8及び駆
動軸に相対回転不能に連結した歯車17に駆動連結する
ことができるようにしたドリル及び掘削装置において、
中間軸1に2個の外歯部4,6を設け、第1外歯部4を
切替スリーブ9の第2歯部11に駆動連結可能にし、ま
た第2外歯部6を、駆動軸19に相対回転不能に連結し
た第2歯車18に駆動連結可能にする。
Description
置の工具のための駆動軸と、この駆動軸に平行に配置し
た中間軸と、この中間軸に相対回転不能に連結しかつ駆
動モータの駆動ピニオンに回転駆動連結して連係動作す
る駆動ピニオンと、前記中間軸に支承した打撃機構のた
めの揺動駆動装置と、前記中間軸に支承しかつ切替素子
によって軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブとを具え、
前記切替スリーブは、第1歯部によって前記揺動駆動装
置の対応の対向歯部及び前記駆動軸に相対回転不能に連
結した歯車に駆動連結することができるようにしたドリ
ル及び掘削装置に関するものである。
同様の材料を加工するため、ドイツ国特許第33229
63号には、駆動モータにより駆動される駆動スピンド
ル(駆動軸)、並びにこの駆動スピンドルに連結した打
撃機構を有し、この打撃機構が駆動スピンドルを介して
ドリル及び掘削工具に軸線方向の打撃を加えるドリル及
び掘削装置が記載されている。駆動スピンドルに平行
に、駆動モータに連結することができる他のスピンドル
にドリルチャックを設け、このドリルチャックをドリル
工具の収容部として作用させ、打撃を伴わないドリル作
業のみに使用することができるようにする。この他のス
ピンドルは駆動スピンドルよりも高い回転数で駆動する
ことができる。
ぞれ1個の歯車を相対回転不能に連結し、駆動スピンド
ルに配置した歯車の直径を他のスピンドルに配置した歯
車よりも大きい直径とする。双方の歯車は、伝動装置を
介して駆動モータの駆動ピニオンに回転駆動連結可能と
する。

軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブも中間軸に相対回転
不能に連結する。この切替スリーブには環状のカラーを
設け、この環状カラーに周方向溝を設け、この周方向溝
に切替素子の切替フォークを突入させる。切替スリーブ
を介してドリル及び掘削装置を2個の互いに異なる動作
モードに調整可能となり、第1の動作モードでは切替ス
リーブの第1歯部が揺動駆動装置の対向歯部、及び駆動
スピンドルの歯車に回転駆動連結して連係動作する。第
2動作モードでは切替スリーブは他のスピンドルの歯車
にのみ回転駆動連結して連係動作する。
装置の大きな欠点は、2個の異なる動作モードにした調
整できないため利用可能性が制限される点である。第1
の動作モードでは駆動スピンドルの回転数が低く、揺動
駆動装置は高い周波数で動作する。第2の動作モードで
は駆動スピンドルの回転数が高く、揺動駆動装置は動作
しない。特に、例えば、多数の中空室が存在する中空の
れんがブロックからなる基礎構造においては、この従来
のドリル及び掘削装置では品質のよい孔又は例えば、だ
ぼアンカーの形式の固定素子の良好な保持能力を得るこ
とはできない。打撃なしで穿孔する際の穿孔進捗度は極
めてゆっくりとしており、また他のスピンドルの高い回
転数に基づいてドリルの先端と基礎構造との間の摩擦が
高く、ドリル工具のドリル先端に焼き付きを生ずる。更
に、ドリル及び掘削装置の打撃強度を変更することがで
きず、上述の焼成れんがによりなる組積構造の作業で
は、中空室を確定するウェブを崩壊させ、従って、固定
素子の固定の役に立たなくなる。

によって4個の異なる調整位置に中間軸に沿って移動自
在となる。中間軸に設けた2個の外歯部により、一方で
は中間軸の回転運動を切替スリーブに直接伝達し、他方
では駆動軸の第2歯車に直接伝達する。第1、第2、及
び第3の動作モードでは、中間軸の第2外歯部が駆動ス
ピンドル(駆動軸)の第2歯車に常に回転駆動連結し、
この駆動スピンドルを3つの異なる動作モードにおいて
一定の回転数で回転する。切替スリーブの内歯として構
成した第1歯部も、3つのすべての動作モードにおい
て、揺動駆動装置の外歯として構成した対向歯部に回転
駆動連結する。このことを可能にするためには、対向歯
部の軸線方向長さを第1歯部の軸線方向長さ及び切替ス
リーブの移動行程に対応させる。

スリーブの回転数を小さくするためには、好適な実施例
においては、前記第2の歯車の直径を、前記切替スリー
ブと回転連結を生ずることができる歯車の直径よりも大
きくする。第3動作モードでは切替スリーブの内面に配
置した第2歯部は中間軸の第1外歯部に回転駆動連結し
ない。

前記対向歯部と同様の構成とすると好適である。
できるだけ小さくするためには、前記双方の歯車を構成
ユニットとして構成すると好適である。これにより、2
個の歯車が同軸状に互いに僅かに離して配置することが
できる。

前記駆動軸に沿って前記切替素子によって穿孔方向にば
ねの力に抗して移動自在にすると好適である。

ォークと、穿孔方向に対向する止め部とを設け、前記切
替フォークを切替スリーブのカラーに設けた溝に掛合さ
せ、また前記止め部を、前記構造ユニットの穿孔方向と
は反対側の端面に連結することができるようにする。切
替素子は、例えば、ドリル及び掘削装置の外側で動作す
る回転ノブに連結し、この回転ノブによって4個の異な
る動作モードに調整する。回転ノブと切替素子との間
に、例えば、偏心子を配置し、この偏心子によって回転
ノブの回転運動を切替素子に作用する長手方向の直線運
動に転換する。
実施の形態を説明する。
及び掘削(たがね)装置の駆動装置は中間軸1を有し、
中間軸1の端部領域に設けた2個の軸受部分2,3を、
ハウジング24の対応する対向軸受部に回転自在に支承
する。中間軸1を駆動するため、詳細には示さない駆動
モータの駆動ピニオン14を、中間軸1に回転不能に連
結した駆動ピニオン15に回転駆動連結する。中間軸1
に対して回転可能に支承した揺動(斜板)駆動装置7を
駆動ピニオン15に対して穿孔方向に隣接させる。

2個の外歯部4,6を設け、このうち揺動駆動装置7に
近い側の第1外歯部4は揺動駆動装置の対向歯部8と同
様の構成とする。

領域に内歯の形式の第1歯部10を設け、この第1歯部
10を揺動駆動装置7の対向歯部8又は中間軸の第1外
歯部4と回転連結を生ずることができるようにする。切
替スリーブ9の内面には第2歯部11を設け、この第2
歯部11を第1歯部10と同様にする。第2歯部11は
第1歯部10から間隔を空けて配置する。穿孔方向に対
向する切替スリーブ9の端部領域には外歯の形式の第3
歯部12を設ける。切替スリーブ9は中間軸1に沿って
切替素子20によって移動自在にする。切替素子20の
切替フォーク21を切替スリーブ9の周囲に設けたカラ
ーの周方向溝13に突入させる。切替素子20の穿孔方
向に対向する側に止め部22を設け、この止め部22
を、2個の歯車17,18を設けた構造部分16の穿孔
方向とは反対側の端面との連結を生ずるようにする。切
替素子20の移動は、例えば、ドリル及び掘削装置のハ
ウジング24の外側面に設けた詳細には示さない回転ノ
ブにより生ずるようにし、この回転ノブは例えば、偏心
子によって切替素子20と連係動作するようにする。
掘削装置のための駆動軸19を配置し、この駆動軸19
をハウジング24の対応の軸受位置に収容する。駆動軸
19に同軸状に図示しない打撃機構を配置し、この打撃
機構を揺動駆動装置7によって駆動可能にし、また軸線
方向の打撃を駆動軸19に連結することができるドリル
及び掘削工具に伝達することができるようにする。2個
の歯車17,18を設けた構造部分16に駆動軸19を
相対回転不能に連結し、この構造部分16は、駆動軸1
9に沿って配置したばね23の力に抗して穿孔方向に移
動自在にする。双方の歯車17,18は異なる直径にす
る。大きい方の歯車18は、第1、第2及び第3の動作
モードで中間軸1の第2外歯部6と回転駆動連結する。

し、第2歯部11が中間軸1の第1外歯部4に回転駆動

方の歯車18との間、並びに歯車17と第3歯部12と
の間に、異なる伝達経路に基づいて、揺動駆動装置7に
作用する回転運動の回転数は、中間軸1の回転数よりも
小さい。この結果、打撃機構の揺動周波数及び打撃エネ
ルギは低いものとなる。

- 【請求項1】 ドリル及び掘削装置の工具のための駆動
軸(19)と、この駆動軸(19)に平行に配置した中
間軸(1)と、この中間軸(1)に相対回転不能に連結
しかつ駆動モータの駆動ピニオン(14)に回転駆動連
結して連係動作する駆動ピニオン(15)と、前記中間
軸(1)に支承した打撃機構のための揺動駆動装置
(7)と、前記中間軸(1)に支承しかつ切替素子(2
0)によって軸線方向に移動自在の切替スリーブ(9)
とを具え、前記切替スリーブ(9)は、第1歯部(1
0)によって前記揺動駆動装置(7)の対応の対向歯部
(8)及び前記駆動軸に相対回転不能に連結した歯車
(17)に駆動連結することができるようにしたドリル
及び掘削装置において、前記中間軸(1)に第1及び第
2の2個の外歯部(4,6)を設け、第1外歯部(4)
を前記切替スリーブ(9)の第2歯部(11)に回転駆
動連結することができるように、また第2外歯部(6)
を、前記駆動軸(19)に相対回転不能に連結した第2
歯車(18)に回転駆動連結することができるようにし
たことを特徴とするドリル及び掘削装置。 - 【請求項2】 前記第2の歯車(18)の直径を、前記
切替スリーブ(9)と回転連結を生ずることができる歯
車(17)の直径よりも大きくした請求項1記載のドリ
ル及び掘削装置。 - 【請求項3】 前記切替スリーブ(9)と前記歯車(1
7)との間に回転駆動連結を生ずるための第3歯部(1
2)を前記切替スリーブ(9)に設けた請求項1又は2
記載のドリル及び掘削装置。 - 【請求項4】 前記第2の歯車(18)と切替スリーブ
(9)との間に前記歯車(17)を配置した請求項3記
載のドリル及び掘削装置。 - 【請求項5】 前記第1外歯部(4)を、前記揺動駆動
装置(7)の前記対向歯部(8)と同様の構成とした請
求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のドリル及び
掘削装置。 - 【請求項6】 前記双方の歯車(17,18)を構成ユ
ニット(16)として構成した請求項1乃至5のうちの
いずれか一項に記載のドリル及び掘削装置。 - 【請求項7】 前記構造ユニット(16)を前記駆動軸
(19)に沿って前記切替素子(20)によって穿孔方
向にばね(23)の力に抗して移動自在にした請求項6
記載のドリル及び掘削装置。 - 【請求項8】 切替素子(20)に、切替フォーク(2
1)と、穿孔方向に対向する止め部(22)とを設け、
前記切替フォーク(21)を切替スリーブ(9)のカラ
ーに設けた溝(13)に掛合させ、また前記止め部(2
2)を、前記構造ユニット(16)の穿孔方向とは反対
側の端面に連結することができるようにした請求項7記
載のドリル及び掘削装置。
