Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.変圧器(21)及び該変圧器の巻線に直列に結合されるスイッチングトラン ジスタ(64)を有しているタイプのスイッチト−モード電源用の過電圧保護 回路において、該過電圧保護回路が、前記変圧器(21)の検出巻線(20) に直接接続される第1端子及び第2端子を有し、前記検出巻線(20)間の電 圧に比例する検出電流を発生する検出抵抗(74)と、該検出抵抗の前記第2 端子に入力端子(76)が結合される電流ミラー(78)と、該電流ミラーの 出力端子(94)に結合される過電圧基準電流源(88)と、前記検出抵抗( 74)における前記検出電流に比例する前記電流ミラー(78)からの反射電 流を前記過電圧基準電流源(88)によって発生される過電圧基準電流と比較 する電流比較器(92)と、前記反射電流が前記過電圧基準電流以上になると 、前記スイッチングトランジスタ(64)をターン・オフさせる信号を発生す る回路手段(38)とを具えていることを特徴とする過電圧保護回路。 2.前記検出抵抗(74)が可変抵抗を具えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1に記載の過電圧保護回路。 3.前記電流ミラーが遅延回路(84,86)を具えていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲1に記載の過電圧保護回路。 4.前記スイッチングトランジスタ(64)をターン・オフさせる信号を発生す る前記回路手段(38)がラッチ回路を具えていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲1に記載の過電圧保護回路。 5.前記過電圧基準電流源(88)が発生する過電圧基準電流が、前記検出抵抗 (74)における公称電流よりも、前記スイッチト−モード電源の公称電圧を 越えて前記スイッチングトランジスタ(64)をターン・オフさせる割合にほ ぼ等しい或る選択した割合だけ高くなるようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範 囲1に記載の過電圧保護回路。
