Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一定の極性のバイアス電圧を利用するスイッチ電源にかかる過負荷状態を検 出し、導通路の導通状態が前記電源のオン/オフ状態を決定する構成であって、 出力電圧源と、 前記出力電圧のレベルを変える回路(Z6)と、 前記回路に応答し、前記導通路に非導通状態を確立することにより、前記スイ ッチ電源をオフにするスイッチ(Q8)とから成る、前記構成。 2.前記バイアス電圧が正の極性を持つ、請求項1記載の構成。 3.前記出力電圧が負の極性を持つ、請求項2記載の構成。 4.前記回路がツェナダイオード(Z6)を含む、請求項1記載の構成。 5.前記スイッチがトランジスタ(Q8)を含む、請求項4記載の構成。 6.前記ツェナダイオード(Z6)が前記電圧源に結合されるアノードを有する 、請求項5記載の構成。 7.前記ツェナダイオード(Z6)が前記トランジスタ(Q8)のベースに結合 されるカソードを有する、請求項6記載の構成。 8.前記トランジスタ(Q8)がオンになり、前記導通路に前記非導通状態を確 立する、請求項7記載の構成。 9.一定の極性のバイアス電圧を利用し、導通路の導通状態が前記電源のオン/ オフ状態を決定する、スイッチ電源であって、 第1および第2の出力電圧をそれぞれ供給する第1および第2の電圧源と、 前記第1と第2の電圧源の間に結合され、前記第1および第2の出力電圧のう ちの1つを追跡するバイアス電圧を供給するツェナダイオード(Z6)と、 基準電圧と前記バイアス電圧を比較する比較手段とから成り、前記バイアス電 圧が前記基準電圧を超えると、前記導通路に非導通状態が確立される、前記スイ ッチ電源。 10.前記第1および第2の出力電圧が反対の極性を持つ、請求項9記載の電源 。 11.前記基準電圧が正の極性を持つ、請求項9記載の電源。 12.前記基準電圧が前記第1と第2の出力電圧のうちの1つの極性と反対の極 性を持つ、請求項9記載の電源。 13.前記比較手段がトランジスタ(Q8)を含む、請求項9記載の電源。 14.前記トランジスタ(Q8)がバイポーラ接合型であり、前記基準電圧が前 記トランジスタのベース‐エミッタ接合部のターン・オン電圧を含む、請求項1 3記載の電源。
