Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 凝集体が5〜250ミクロンの平均粒度、約100〜1000m2/g の表面積、および10より大きいAQI硬度を有し、凝集体粒子が: 1)有機材料、無機酸化物材料、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択される 固体担体粒子から形成されるゆるく結合した担体粒子であって、30ミクロン未 満の平均粒度を有する担体粒子;ならびに 2)工程1)からの粒子を互いにゆるく結合させる結合剤 を含むことを特徴とする、粗凝集触媒担体組成物。 2.担体粒子が、タルク、シリカ、チタニア、シリカ−アルミナ、シリカ−ク ロミア、シリカ−クロミア−チタニア、シリカ−チタニア、シリカ−チタニア− アルミナ、ジルコニア、シラン化シリカ、リン酸アルミニウムゲル、スチレン− ジビニルベンゼンコポリマー、ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプ ロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペ ンテン、置換されたポリスチレンおよびポリアクリラート、デンプン、カーボン 、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択され;結合剤がシリカヒドロゲル、シリ カコゲルおよびターゲル、シリカヒドロゾル、ヒュームドシリカ、およびその混 合物よりなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の凝集体組成物。 3.担体粒子が5〜25ミクロンの平均粒度を有し、かつ凝集体組成物が15 〜70のAQIおよび150〜800m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項2記載 の凝集体組成物。 4.担体粒子が1〜10ミクロンの平均粒度を有し、かつ凝集体組成物が20 0〜700m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項3記載の凝集体組成物。 5. 粗凝集担体組成物の製造方法であって、下記の工程: 1)結合剤を含む溶剤中における担体粒子のスラリーを調製し、その際、担体 粒子の平均粒度は30ミクロン未満であり;そして 2)工程1)からのスラリーを噴霧乾燥させて、約100〜1000m2/g の表面積および5〜250ミクロンの平均粒度を有する粗凝集体を形成する を含む方法。 6.担体粒子を、タルク、シリカ、チタニア、シリカ−アルミナ、シリカ−ク ロミア、シリカ−クロミア−チタニア、シリカ−チタニア、シリカ−チタニア− アルミナ、ジルコニア、シラン化シリカ、リン酸アルミニウムゲル、スチレン− ジビニルベンゼンコポリマー、ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプ ロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペ ンテン、置換されたポリスチレンおよびポリアクリラート、デンプン、カーボン 、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択し;結合剤をシリカヒドロゲル、シリカ コゲルおよびターゲル、シリカヒドロゾル、ヒュームドシリカ、およびその混合 物よりなる群から選択する工程をさらに含む、請求項5記載の方法。 7.溶剤を水、C5〜C10炭化水素、芳香族化台物、アルコール類、グリコー ルエーテル、エステルおよびその混合物から選択する工程をさらに含む、請求項 6記載の方法。 8. A)凝集体が5〜250ミクロンの平均粒度、約100〜1000m2 /gの表面積、および10より大きいAQI硬度を有し、凝集体粒子が: 1)有機材料、無機酸化物材料、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択される 固体担体粒子から形成されるゆるく結合した担体粒子であって、30ミクロン未 満の平均粒度を有する担体粒子; 2)工程1)からの粒子を互いにゆるく結合させる結合剤 を含むことを特徴とする、粗凝集触媒担体組成物;ならびに B)クロム化合物、チーグラー・ナッタ、メタロセン、Niベース錯体 、Pdベース錯体、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択される触媒活性金属成 分を含む触媒組成物。 9.担体粒子が、タルク、シリカ、チタニア、シリカ−アルミナ、シリカ−チ タニア、シリカ−クロミア、シリカ−クロミア−チタニア、シリカ−チタニア− アルミナ、ジルコニア、シラン化シリカ、リン酸アルミニウムゲル、スチレン− ジビニルベンゼンコポリマー、ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプ ロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−4−メチル−1−ペ ンテン、置換されたポリスチレンおよびポリアクリラート、デンプン、カーボン 、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択され;結合剤が、シリカヒドロゲル、シ リ カコゲルおよびターゲル、シリカヒドロゾル、ヒュームドシリカ、およびその混 合物よりなる群から選択され;そして触媒活性材料は、希土類金属を含めた遷移 金属が少なくとも1種の5員炭素環、ヘテロ置換5員炭素環、または架橋(ansa) 配位子(遷移金属または希土類金属に配位できる2つの環部分と定義される)の 構成員子と配位した有機金属化合物;IIIB〜VIII族遷移金属のハロゲン 化物、アルキル、アリールまたはアルコキシ化合物、およびその混合物をI〜I II族元素と組み合わせたもの;酢酸クロム、硝酸クロム、クロムアセチルアセ トナート、Niベース錯体、Pdベース錯体、ならびに前記触媒活性材料のいず れかの混合物よりなる群から選択される、請求項8記載の触媒組成物。 10.担体粒子が1〜25ミクロンの平均粒度を有し、かつ凝集体組成物が1 5〜70のAQIおよび150〜800m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項9記 載の触媒組成物。 11.担体粒子が1〜10ミクロンの平均粒度を有し、かつ凝集体組成物が2 00〜700m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項10記載の触媒組成物。 12. 触媒組成物の製造方法であって、下記の工程: 1)結合剤を含む溶剤中における担体粒子のスラリーを調製し、その際、担体 粒子の平均粒度は30ミクロン未満であり; 2)工程1)からのスラリーを噴霧乾燥させて、約100〜1000m2/g の表面積および5〜250ミクロンの平均粒度を有する粗凝集体を形成する; を含み、そして触媒活性材料を下記のいずれかの方法: 3a)触媒活性金属を含有する工程1)のための担体粒子を選択し、そして所 望により適切な助触媒もしくは活性剤をスラリーに噴霧乾燥前に添加するか、も しくは噴霧乾燥後に含浸により添加する; 3b)触媒活性材料を噴霧乾燥前に添加し、そして所望により適切な助触媒も しくは活性剤をスラリーに噴霧乾燥前に添加するか、もしくは噴霧乾燥後に含浸 により添加する;および/または 3c)工程2)の後に粗凝集体に触媒活性材料を含浸させ、そして所望により 適切な助触媒もしくは活性剤をスラリーに噴霧乾燥前に添加するか、もしくは噴 霧乾燥後に含浸により添加する で添加する方法。 13.担体粒子を、タルク、シリカ、チタニア、シリカ−アルミナ、シリカ− チタニア、シリカ−クロミア、シリカ−クロミア−チタニア、シリカ−チタニア −アルミナ、ジルコニア、シラン化シリカ、リン酸アルミニウムゲル、スチレン −ジビニルベンゼンコポリマー、ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリ プロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ−4−メチル−1− ペンテン、置換されたポリスチレンおよびポリアクリラート、デンプン、カーボ ン、およびその混合物よりなる群から選択し;結合剤を、シリカヒドロゲル、シ リカコゲルおよびターゲル、シリカヒドロゾル、ヒュームドシリカ、およびその 混合物よりなる群から選択し;そして触媒活性材料を、希土類金属を含めた遷移 金属が少なくとも1種の5員炭素環、ヘテロ置換5員炭素環、または架橋(ansa) 配位子(遷移金属または希土類金属に配位できる2つの環部分と定義される)の 構成員子と配位した有機金属化合物;IIIB〜VIII族遷移金属のハロゲン 化物、アルキル、アリールまたはアルコキシ化合物、およびその混合物をI〜I II族元素と組み合わせたもの;酢酸クロム、硝酸クロム、クロムアセチルアセ トナート、Niベース錯体、Pdベース錯体、ならびに前記触媒活性材料のいず れかの混合物よりなる群から選択する工程をさらに含む、請求項12記載の方法 。 14.溶剤を水、C5〜C10炭化水素、芳香族化合物、アルコール類、グリコ ールエーテル、エステルおよびその混合物から選択する工程をさらに含む、請求 項6記載の方法。 15.請求項5、6、7、12、13または14のいずれか1項記載の方法に より製造された組成物。 16.適した重合条件下で1種またはそれ以上のモノマーを請求項1、2、3 、4、8、9、10、11、15のいずれかの1項記載の組成物、または請求項 5、6、7、12、13もしくは14のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造され た組成物と接触させることを含む重合法により製造されたポリオレフィン。 17.重合法がスラリーまたは気相重合法である、請求項16記載のポリマー 。 18.製造されたポリマーがポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンである、請求 項16記載のポリマー。
