Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(I): [式中、 置換基R1およびR2は、同一または互いに異なり、水素原子、直鎖または分岐状 、飽和または不飽和のC1−C20−アルキル、C3−C20−シクロアルキル、C6 −C20−アリール、C7−C20−アルキルアリールおよびC7−C20−アリールア ルキル基[任意にSiまたはGe原子を含有する]からなる群から選択される; 置換基R3およびR4は、縮合した、5〜8員の、任意に置換された、脂肪族、芳 香族またはヘテロ環式環を形成する、ただし、R1とR2が水素原子でその縮合環 がベンゼン環のとき、そのベンゼン環は、R4に結合しているシクロペンタジエ ニル基の炭素原子に関してオルトまたはメタ位が置換されている; Mは、元素の周期表(新しいIUPAC表示)の3、4または5族またはランタ ニドもしくはアクチニド群に属する遷移金属である; 基Xは、同一または互いに異なり、水素、ハロゲン、−R、−OR、−OSO2 CF3、−OCOR、−SR、−NR2およびPR2基[ここで、R置換基は、C1 −C20−アルキル、C3−C20−シクロアルキル、C2 −C20−アルケニル、C6−C20−アリール、C7−C20−アルキルアリールまた はC7−C20−アリールアルキル基[任意にSiまたはGe原子を含有する]である] からなる群から選択されるモノアニオン性のシグマ配位子である;および pは、0から3の整数で、金属Mの酸化状態マイナス2に等しい] の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 2.R3とR4が任意に置換された縮合ベンゼン環を形成する請求項1の橋かけメ タロセン化合物。 3.MがTi、ZrまたはHfである請求項1または2の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 4.X置換基が塩素原子またはメチル基である請求項1から3のいずれか一つの橋 かけメタロセン化合物。 5.式(III): [式中、R1、R2、M、Xおよびpは請求項1に記載された意味を有する、ただ し、R2は、水素とは異なる; R5置換基は、同一または互いに異なり、直鎖または分岐状の、飽和または不飽 和の、C1−C20−アルキル、C3−C20−シクロアルキル、C6−C20−アリー ル、C7−C20−アルキルアリールおよびC7−C20−アリールアルキル基[任意 にSiまたはGe原子を含有する]からなる群から選択されるかまたは、2つの隣接 するR5置換基が5から8員を有する環を形成し;および nは0から4の範囲の整数である]を有する、請求項1の橋かけメタロセン化合 物。 6.R2が、3つの直鎖または分岐状、飽和または不飽和のC1−C10アルキル、C5 −C12シクロアルキル、C6−C12アリール、C7−C12アルキルアリールまた はC7−C12アリールアルキル基で置換されたC、SiまたはGe原子である請求項 5の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 7.R2が、tert-ブチル、トリメチルシリル、トリメチルゲルミル、2,2−ジ メチル−プロピルおよび2−メチル−2−フェニル−エチルからなる群から選択 される請求項6の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 8.rac-メチレン−ビス(3−t−ブチル−インデニル)ジルコニウムジクロラ イドであると同定された請求項7の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 9.式(III): [式中、R2は水素;R1、M、Xおよびpは請求項1に記載された意味を有する ;R5置換基は、同一または互いに異なり、直鎖または分岐状の、飽和または不 飽和の、C1−C20−アルキル、C3−C20−シクロアルキル、C6−C20−アリ ール、C7−C20−アルキルアリールおよびC7−C20−アリールアルキル基[任 意にSiまたはGe原子を含有する]からなる群から選択されるかまたは、2つの隣 接するR5置換基が5から8員を有する環を形成し;および nは0から4の範囲の整数である]を有する、請求項1の橋かけメタロセン化合 物。 10.インデニル残基の4位と7位のR5基が水素と異なる請求項9の橋かけメタロ セン化合物。 11.インデニル残基の4位と7位のR5基が、メチル、エチルまたはフェニル基で ある請求項10の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 12.rac-メチレン−ビス(4,7−ジメチル−1−インデニル)ジルコニウムジ コロライドであると同定された請求項11の橋かけメタロセン化合物。 13.式(IV):[式中、R1、R2、R3およびR4は上述と同じ意味を有し、Aは適当な脱離基で ある]の配位子を式MXp+2[式中、M、Xおよびpは上記で定義したとおり、 その配位子のシクロペンタジエニル環のそれぞれの2つの二重結合は、許容な位 置のいずれに存在してもよい]の化合物と反応させることからなる、請求項1に 記載のとおりの式(I)のメタロセン化合物の製造方法。 14.式(II): [式中、R1、R2、R3およびR4は請求項1に記載の意味を有する]の配位子お よびその二重結合異性体[ビス(3−t−ブチル−インデニル)メタンを除く] 。 15.(A)請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載のような式(I)ま たは(III)の橋かけメタロセン化合物の1またはそれ以上と、 (B)適当な活性化助触媒とを 接触させることにより得られる生成物からなる、オレフィン重合のための触媒系 。 16.活性化助触媒が、アルモキサンおよび/またはアルキルメタロセンカチオン を形成することのできる化合物である請求項15の触媒系。 17.請求項15または16に記載のような触媒系の存在下における、1またはそ れ以上のオレフィン系モノマーの重合反応からなるオレフィン重合のための方法 。 18.オレフィン系モノマーがプロピレンである請求項17の方法。 19.請求項5から8のいずれか一つに記載の橋かけメタロセンの存在下にプロピ レンが重合される請求項18のオレフィン重合のための方法。 20.請求項9から12のいずれか一つに記載の橋かけメタロセン化合物の存在下 に1またはそれ以上のオレフィン系モノマーを低重合化するオレフィンの低重合 化のための方法。 21.オレフィンがプロピレンである請求項20のオレフィンの低重合化のための 方法。
