- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.−熱分解に適した結合剤によりとくにSi/C/B/N繊維からなる繊維 材料束を含浸し、かつ結合剤を硬化し; −繊維材料束、充填剤及び結合剤からなる混合物を製造し; −グリーン生成物を製造するために混合物をプレスし; −多孔性成形部材を製造するために真空又は保護ガスにおいてグリーン生成物 を熱分解し; −けい素溶融物を成形部材に浸透する: ステップを含む、Siベースのマトリクスに反応結合されたとくにSi/C/ B/Nベースの高耐熱繊維を有する繊維強化複合セラミックの製造方法。 2.繊維としてC繊維又はSiC繊維を利用する、前記請求項の1つに記載の 方法。 3.繊維材料束を、のりを添加しながら個別フィラメントを束ねることによっ て製造する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.繊維材料束を、含浸の後に、追加的に熱分解に適したけい素化保護層をコ ーティングすることによってコンディショニングする、請求項1、2又は3に記 載の方法。 5.含浸のために熱分解の際に固体の炭素を形成する材料、なるべくピッチを 利用する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 6.繊維材料束を、けい素化保護層として熱分解の際に炭素を形成する炭素の 豊富なポリマー材料によってコンディショニングし、なるべくフェノール樹脂の グループからなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物によってコンディショニングする、前記請 求項の1つに記載の方法。 7.けい素化保護層として、重合の際に炭化けい素を形成する材料、なるべく けい素有機ポリマー、とくにポリカルボシランからなる材料を利用する、前記請 求項の1つに記載の方法。 8.けい素化保護層として、重合の際にセラミック化するSi−B−C−Nベ ースの材料、なるべくけい素ほう素有機ポリマー、とくにポリボロシラザンから なる材料を利用する、請求項1ないし6の1つに記載の方法。 9.蒸発又は乾燥の際に互いに集塊化しない繊維材料棒片を形成するが、その 際に個々の繊維材料束の繊維複合体が維持されるように、希釈した又は溶解した 結合剤による含浸を、なるべく混合又はかくはん装置において行なう、前記請求 項の1つに記載の方法。 10.ほぼ5ないし10μmの平均直径を有するほぼ1000ないし1400 0の個別繊維からなる繊維束を利用する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 11.ほぼ1ないし30mm、なるべくほぼ3ないし16mmの長さを有する 繊維束を利用する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 12.ほぼ20ないし50容積%、なるべくほぼ30ないし40容積%の繊維 材料束を混合物の製造のために利用する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 13.グリーン生成物を製造する混合物に、炭素の豊富な充填剤、なるべくす す又はグラファイトを添加する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 14.グリーン生成物を製造する混合物、又は繊維材料束の含浸又はコンディ ショニングに利用する材料に、けい素、耐火金属の炭化物、窒化物又はほう化物 、なるべく炭化けい素、炭化チタン又はほう化チタンの形の充填剤を、粉末の形 で添加混合する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 15.熱硬化可能な結合剤を添加しながらニーダ又はミキサにおいて混合物を 準備し、かつ続いて型内においてプレスし、かつグリーン生成物になるように硬 化する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 16.けい素溶融物によって浸透を行なう前に、グリーン生成物を、 熱分解の前又は後に、機械的に所望の整合形に後処理する、前記請求項の1つに 記載の方法。 17.グリーン生成物の熱分解の際に形成される成形部材がほぼ20ないし5 0%の多孔性を有するように、関与する物質及びその割合の選択によって混合物 を調節する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 18.混合物に結合剤、なるべくPVA又はメチルセルロースを添加し、これ らの結合剤が、それにより組合わされた熱分解とけい素化を促進するために、所 望の熱分解運動学を有する、前記請求項の1つに記載の方法。 19.マトリクス内に短繊維束が、統計的に分散して埋め込まれており、これ らの短繊維束が、個々のフィラメントをかなりの程度まで維持して束ねられた個 別繊維フィラメントからなり、その際、短繊維束が、少なくともその縁範囲にお いて炭素からなるコーティングによって囲まれており、この炭素が、完全に又は 部分的にマトリクス材料と反応している、Siベースのマトリクスに反応結合さ れたとくにSi/C/B/Nベースの高耐熱繊維を有する繊維強化複合セラミッ ク。
