Abstract
Material de revestimiento de fricción con un cuerpo poroso, que está fabricado de modo tal que se comprime un coque de petróleo y una mezcla que presenta un aglutinante que contiene carbono y a continuación se piroliza a una temperatura de entre 800 y 1.500 °C, en donde los poros del cuerpo poroso están llenos de un material de relleno, que está formado como un material que contiene un metal, una cerámica o un semimetal, caracterizado porque el cuerpo poroso está formado hasta en más de 50 % en peso de coque de petróleo.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Material de revestimiento de fricción
La presente invención se refiere a un material de revestimiento de fricción con un cuerpo poroso, cuyos poros están llenos con un material de relleno. Además, la presente invención se refiere a un revestimiento de fricción hecho del material de revestimiento de fricción.
A partir del documento DE 197 11 829 C1 se conoce un procedimiento para la fabricación de un material de revestimiento de fricción, el cual presenta un cuerpo poroso, cuyos poros son empacados mediante infiltración del cuerpo poroso con un producto fundido de silicio. El material de revestimiento de fricción conocido se fabrica sobre la base de una mezcla de manojos de material fibroso, agentes de relleno y un aglutinante pirolizable, que es comprimido hasta un comprimido no sinterizado y a continuación es pirolizado.
Es requerimiento para la fabricación del material de revestimiento de fricción conocido, la preparación de manojos adecuados de fibra corta de carbono, que sirven para fortalecer la sustancia cerámica formada por el silicio y con ello para la fabricación de una cerámica compuesta.
A partir del documento EP 1457 703 A1 se conoce un material de revestimiento de fricción, que presenta un cuerpo poroso el cual, aparte de una fracción de coque de petróleo que está entre 10 y 30 %, presenta una fracción de carbono, cuya fracción de masa en el cuerpo poroso está entre 25 y 45 %.
La presente invención basa el objetivo en proponer un material de revestimiento de fricción, el cual pueda ser producido de manera particularmente conveniente en costes y además se distinga, respecto a los materiales de revestimiento de fricción conocidos, por una particularmente baja tendencia al "sacudimiento por deslizamiento", que es denominado frecuentemente como "efecto Stick-slip".
Para lograr este objetivo, el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención presenta los rasgos de la reivindicación 1.
El cuerpo poroso del material de revestimiento de fricción a base de coque de petróleo, está formado de acuerdo con la invención. El material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención presenta con ello un cuerpo poroso, que está formado por más de 50 % en peso de coque de petróleo. Además, el cuerpo poroso del material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención presenta, aparte del coque de petróleo, por ejemplo también fracciones de coque de brea, grafito y negro carbón.
En comparación con las fibras de carbono, el coque de petróleo se deja fabricar de modo esencialmente conveniente en costes a escala técnica. Aparte de ello, el uso de coque de petróleo para la formación del cuerpo poroso hace posible también el uso reducido de agentes de relleno adicionales o incluso renunciar a agentes de relleno adicionales, como en particular negro carbón o grafito, que son necesarios en la fabricación del material de revestimiento de fricción conocido, para la cohesión del manojo de fibras en la fabricación del comprimido no sinterizado, de modo que el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención puede ser producido de manera más sencilla y en particular conveniente en costes.
De acuerdo con la invención, el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un material de relleno, que está formado como un material que contiene metal, cerámica o semimetal, de modo que mediante la elección del material de relleno, puede ocurrir también entre otros también un ajuste particular en las condiciones de uso del material de revestimiento de fricción.
Para la fabricación de un material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, primero ocurre la fabricación de un cuerpo poroso, de modo que se comprime un coque de petróleo y una mezcla que presenta aglutinante que tiene carbono, y a continuación se realiza pirólisis a una temperatura entre 800 y 1.500 °C. A continuación se llenan los poros formados en el cuerpo poroso, con un material de relleno líquido fundido.
Cuando en el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, como material de relleno se usa un material cerámico, que en particular contiene carburo de silicio u óxido de aluminio, el resultado es un material cerámico compuesto, cuyo valor de fricción y propiedades tribológicas son determinados esencialmente por los componentes cerámicos.
En el caso del uso de un material de relleno para el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, que contiene un metal, en particular cobre, o una aleación de metal, en particular una aleación de aluminio, el valor de fricción y las propiedades tribológicas son determinados esencialmente por los componentes metálicos del material de revestimiento de fricción.
Cuando para el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención como material de relleno se usa
un semimetal, como en particular un material que contiene boro o silicio, el valor de fricción y las propiedades tribológicas son determinados esencialmente por la elección del semimetal usado.
Preferiblemente, como aglutinante se usa una resina artificial, alquitrán o brea.
Preferiblemente el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta una porosidad de 5 a 50 %, una densidad bruta de 1,5 a 5 g/cm3 y una fracción de metal de 5 a 70 % en peso.
De modo particular se prefiere cuando el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta una porosidad de 10 a 30 %, una densidad bruta de 2,0 a 2,5 g/cm3 y una fracción de metal de 10 a 50 % en peso.
En una forma de realización particularmente preferida, el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad de 15 a 20 %, una densidad bruta de 2,2 a 2,4 g/cm3 y una fracción de cobre de 20 a 30 % en peso. Para una combinación de material con metal, con ello puede ajustarse un número de fricción p = 0,36. En otra forma de realización particular, el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad de 25 a 30 %, una densidad bruta de 2,2 a 2,4 g/cm3 y una fracción de cobre de 25 a 45 % en peso. Para una combinación de material con metal, con ello puede ajustarse un número de fricción p = 0,44.
En otra forma de realización particular, el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad de 10 a 20 %, una densidad bruta de 1,9 a 2,4 g/cm3 y una fracción de metal formada por una aleación de aluminio de 5 a 25 % en peso. Para una combinación de material con metal, con ello puede ajustarse un número de fricción de p = 0,11.
El revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención presenta los rasgos de la reivindicación 8.
El material de revestimiento de fricción definido mediante la reivindicación 1 presenta como ventaja que en cada caso se hace posible un material de revestimiento de fricción cuyo valor de fricción y propiedades tribológicas sobre la base de un cuerpo poroso formado con coque de petróleo, son definibles independientemente del material de relleno, mediante la elección del material de relleno que parece adecuado para el respectivo propósito de uso. Independientemente del valor de fricción ajustado en cada caso, debido a su cuerpo poroso formado a base de coque de petróleo, el cual sirve virtualmente como matriz para la absorción definida del material de relleno, el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención presenta una valor de fricción estática escasamente influida por una carga dinámica. Mediante ello se hace posible, independientemente de las condiciones dinámicas de operación en el uso del material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, fuerzas reproducibles de frenado o de retención sobre dispositivos de frenado equipados con el material de revestimiento de fricción formado de acuerdo con la invención.
A continuación se presentan ventajas particulares en el comportamiento material del material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, mediante un transcurso de número de fricción representado como ejemplo, para arranques de acuerdo con la exigencia dinámica del material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, en comparación con un material de revestimiento de fricción convencional.
En el "arranque" se determina el número de fricción partiendo de la fuerza tangencial que se va a aplicar, para soltar los asociados de fricción de un arreglo estacionario relativo, en el cual los asociados de fricción están unidos mutuamente y en un deslizamiento transferir uno sobre otro los asociados de fricción. Al respecto, en el momento del arranque se alcanza el número de fricción estática.
En las ilustraciones 1 y 2 se presenta en cada caso el curso del número de fricción, en el que el curso esencialmente horizontal del número de fricción reproduce el número de fricción dinámica o número de fricción de deslizamiento, que es alcanzado para un movimiento relativo continuo de los asociados de fricción, y el valor máximo del curso de número de fricción reproduce el número estático de fricción que es alcanzado cuando los asociados de fricción que forman un par de fricción, que se forma aquí en cada caso a partir de una pieza de revestimiento de fricción dispuesta sobre una chapa de acero, reciben el impacto desde la detención con una fuerza tangencial, por consiguiente una fuerza paralela al plano de fricción.
La ilustración 1 muestra el curso del número de fricción para un par de fricción, entre un revestimiento de fricción orgánico convencional y una chapa de acero.
La ilustración 2 muestra el curso del número de fricción para un par de fricción entre un revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención y una chapa de acero.
Como deja reconocer claramente la comparación de las ilustraciones 1 y 2, el curso del número de fricción para un material de revestimiento de fricción convencional muestra una elevación extrema del número de fricción en la transición de un comportamiento dinámico de fricción a uno estático, por consiguiente cuando el revestimiento de fricción después de un movimiento relativo continuo sobre la chapa de acero desde el estado de detención, recibe el impacto con una fuerza tangencial creciente de manera continua hasta el "arranque" de la fricción de adherencia. Además, la ilustración 1 muestra también claramente que después del arranque para una continuación de la operación dinámica, se alcanza un número de fricción dinámica que es esencialmente mayor que el número de fricción dinámica antes del arranque.
En comparación con esto, es determinable un curso de número de fricción para el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, en el cual por un lado la elevación del número de fricción dinámica sobre el número de fricción estática se torna esencialmente menor y además después del arranque se alcanza un número de fricción dinámica, que está sólo ligeramente por encima del número de fricción dinámica antes del arranque. La diferencia ligeramente notable entre el número de fricción estática y el número de fricción dinámica para el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención explica la baja tendencia al "sacudimiento por deslizamiento", de modo que pueden impedirse también las oscilaciones condicionadas por el sacudimiento por deslizamiento, que en la práctica conducen a emisiones perturbadoras de ruido. Tales emisiones de ruido tiene lugar en particular en la operación de instalaciones de energía eólica, que están equipadas con un ajuste azimutal para el rotor dispuesto en la góndola. Para fijar la posición angular de la góndola se provee un dispositivo de frenado azimutal, que presenta cuerpos de frenado equipados con cobertura de frenado, por consiguiente revestimientos de fricción, que actúan conjuntamente con un disco de frenado de acero formado de manera anular. Aparte de la ventaja de una baja tendencia al "sacudimiento por deslizamiento", debido al número de fricción dinámica que cambia sólo ligeramente en la operación, el material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención hace posible la realización de una fuerza de frenado esencialmente constante o sólo ligeramente dispersa, en la que en particular esto último independientemente de las condiciones de uso del material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la invención, es entonces siempre ventajoso cuando, como por ejemplo en sistemas ABS, ocurre una regulación de fuerza de frenado.
Para la fabricación de un primer ejemplo de realización de un material de revestimiento de fricción, se mezcla un cuerpo poroso a base de un coque de petróleo con un promedio D50 de tamaño de partícula de 100 pm, con una resina de fenol como aglutinante, se comprime como parte moldeada para la fabricación de un cuerpo poroso y a continuación se piroliza a 1.400 °C. Se obtiene un cuerpo poroso con una densidad bruta de 1,7 g/cm3 y una porosidad de 17 %. Después de la infiltración del cuerpo poroso con cobre líquido a una temperatura de 1.300 °C bajo una presión de 7,5 MPa, el resultado es un material de revestimiento de fricción con una densidad bruta de 2,27 g/cm3, una fracción de metal de 25 % y un valor de fricción de p = 0,36.
De acuerdo con otro ejemplo de realización de un material de revestimiento de fricción, ocurre la fabricación de un cuerpo poroso a base de coque de petróleo con un promedio D50 de tamaño de partícula de 125 |jm, que se mezcla con brea como aglutinante y se comprime hasta dar una parte moldeada. Después de la realización de una pirólisis a 1.400 °C se obtiene un cuerpo poroso con una densidad bruta de 1,5 g/cm3 y una porosidad de 27 %. Después de la infiltración del cuerpo poroso con cobre líquido a 1.300 °C bajo una presión de 7,5 MPa, el resultado es un material de revestimiento de fricción con una densidad bruta de 2,5 g/cm3, una fracción de metal de 42 % y un valor de fricción de j = 0,44.
De acuerdo con un tercer ejemplo de realización de un material de revestimiento de fricción, ocurre la fabricación de un cuerpo poroso a base de coque de petróleo con un promedio D50 de tamaño de partícula de 30 jm , en el que como aglutinante se usa resina de fenol y se comprime la mezcla formada hasta dar una parte moldeada y a continuación se piroliza a 950 °C. Se obtiene un cuerpo poroso con una densidad bruta de 1,72 g/cm3 y una porosidad de 16 %.
Después de la infiltración del cuerpo poroso con aleación líquida de aluminio (AlSi12) a 600 °C bajo una presión de 10 MPa, se obtiene un cuerpo poroso con una densidad bruta de 1,98 g/cm3, una fracción de metal de 17 % y un valor de fricción de j = 0,2.
De acuerdo con un cuarto ejemplo de realización de un material de revestimiento de fricción, ocurre la fabricación de un cuerpo poroso a base de un coque de petróleo con un promedio D50 de tamaño de partícula de 30 jm , al cual para la fabricación de una mezcla se añade resina de fenol como aglutinante. Después de la compresión de la mezcla hasta una parte moldeada y la pirólisis a 950 °C, en una segunda etapa adicional, ocurre una grafitización a 3.000 °C del cuerpo poroso así formado. Con ello, se obtiene un cuerpo poroso con una densidad bruta de 1,85 g/cm3 y una porosidad de 17 %.
Después de la infiltración del cuerpo poroso con aleación líquida de aluminio (AlSi12) a 600 °C bajo una presión de 10 MPa se obtiene un material de revestimiento de fricción con una densidad bruta de 2,19 g/cm3, una fracción de metal de 15,5 % y un valor de fricción de j = 0,11.
Claims (8)
1. Material de revestimiento de fricción con un cuerpo poroso, que está fabricado de modo tal que se comprime un coque de petróleo y una mezcla que presenta un aglutinante que contiene carbono y a continuación se piroliza a una temperatura de entre 800 y 1.500 °C, en donde los poros del cuerpo poroso están llenos de un material de relleno, que está formado como un material que contiene un metal, una cerámica o un semimetal, caracterizado porque
el cuerpo poroso está formado hasta en más de 50 % en peso de coque de petróleo.
2. Material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque
el material de relleno está formado como un material cerámico, que en particular contiene carburo de silicio u óxido de aluminio.
3. Material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 o 2,
caracterizado porque
el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad del 5 al 50 %, una densidad bruta de 1,5 a 5 g/cm3 y una fracción de metal del 5 al 70 % en peso.

el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad del 15 al 20 %, una densidad bruta de 2,2 a 2,4 g/cm3 y una fracción de cobre del 20 al 30 % en peso.

caracterizado porque
el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad del 25 al 30 %, una densidad bruta de 2,2 a 2,4 g/cm3 y una fracción de cobre del 25 al 45 % en peso.
7. Material de revestimiento de fricción de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4,
caracterizado porque
el material de revestimiento de fricción presenta un cuerpo poroso con una porosidad del 10 al 20 %, una densidad bruta de 1,9 a 2,4 g/cm3 y una fracción de metal formada por una aleación de aluminio, del 5 al 25 % en peso.
