Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.駆動部分(11)およびそれに固着されたポンプ部分(12)をそれぞれ含 む心臓内に配置する2つのポンプ(10a、10b)を備える心臓内ポンプ装置 であって、 共通の制御ユニット(66)が両ポンブ(10、10b)を相互依存させて制 御することを特徴とする装置。 2.1つのポンプ(10a)が右心室(43)用の右心ポンプであり、もう1つ のポンプ(10b)が左心室(42)用の左心ポンプであること、および左心ポ ンプ(10b)の体積流量が右心ポンプ(10a)のそれより大きくなるように 、両ポンプの体積流量が共通の制御ユニットによって制御されることを特徴とす る、請求項1に記載のポンプ装置。 3.左心ポンプ(10b)の体積流量が右心ポンプ(10a)のそれより所定の 割合、好ましくは約10%だけ大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のポン プ装置。 4.各ポンプ(10a、10b)について、制御ユニット(66)と連絡する、 各ポンプの体積流量(V)を決定するための体積流量測定手段が設けられること を特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。 5.体積流量測定手段が、ポンプの取入れ側と送出側の間の差圧(ΔP1、ΔP 2)を決定する少なくとも1つの差圧測定手段を含むこと、およびこの手段が、 差圧(ΔP1、ΔP2)およびポンプの回転速度から体積流量(v)を決定する ために設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のポンプ装置。 6.ポンプ(10a、10b)が、周波数の制御が可能な交流で駆動される電気 モータをそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載 のポンプ装置。 7.圧力が高くなりすぎる、または低くなりすぎたときに体積流量の減少または 増加を引き起こす少なくとも1つの絶対圧力センサ(60、61、62、63) が、各ポンプ(10a、10b)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から 6のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。 8.ポンプ(10a、10b)がマスタ・スレーブ制御下で駆動され、左心ポン プ(10a)がマスタの機能をとり、右心ポンプ(10b)がこれに従うことを 特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。 9.両ポンプ(10a、10b)のどちらの方が各動作条件下でより弱い搬送パ フォーマンスを示すかを決定し、それにマスタ機能を割り当てる手段を備えるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の血液ポンプ。 10.少なくとも1つのポンプ(10a、10b)の少なくとも1つのパラメー タが測定され、設定値に対応するように制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1 から9のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ装置。 11.パラメータが、ポンプの取入れ側と送出側の間の差圧であることを特徴と する、請求項10に記載のポンプ装置。
