Abstract
Description
本発明を、以下で、図面に略示した実施例を利用して詳細に説明する。
逆灌注は従来式のバルーン・カテーテルを用いて行われるが、該カテーテルは相応に同期して閉塞されるので、方向付けされた戻しが実際に確実に行われるのは拡張期である。その場合、心拍数又は正確な拡張期の相応の測定値はECGから得ることができる。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1ポンプにより心臓の働きを補助するカテーテルにおいて、
該ポンプ(7)が、カテーテル(2)の遠位端に回転ポンプとして構成され、遠位端外側に配置されたロータ(6)が磁気接続部を介して駆動ホイール(21)と接続されており、該駆動ホイールが、カテーテル(2)の内部に配置され、かつ液圧式又は空気式に操作される掻き回しホイールとして構成され、該掻き回しホイールには、駆動流体が、カテーテル(2)の内腔(22)を介して供給され、カテーテル(2)の別の内腔(23)を介して搬出されることを特徴とする、少なくとも1ポンプにより心臓の働きを補助するカテーテル。 - 前記掻き回しホイールが軸流又は半軸流ブレードにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ロータ(6)の回転軸線が、カテーテル(2)の長手軸線と整線又は平行することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2記載のカテーテル。
- 前記接続部が棒磁石(16,19)によって形成され、該棒磁石が、カテーテル(2)遠位端の、シール壁により互いに液圧を遮断された隣接チャンバ(14,15)内に配置され、各々ロータ(6)又は駆動ホイール(21)と相対回転が防止されるように結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項記載のカテーテル。
- 各棒磁石(16,19)と駆動ホイール(21)との又はロータ(6)との相対回転が防止された前記結合部が、シール壁とは反対の向きのチャンバ壁と、駆動ホイール(21)又はロータ(6)に向いたチャンバ壁とに、各々設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ロータ(6)が、遠心流成分を作り出すための案内面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項記載のカテーテル。
- 駆動流体用の内腔(22,23)を有するカテーテル(2)が、カテーテル(2)を密封包囲する膨張可能なバルーン(12)を貫通して案内され、かつまた該内腔(22,23)が、別個に制御可能な閉鎖部材を有し、該閉鎖部材を介して駆動流体が内腔(22)からバルーン(12)内へ流入し、またバルーン(12)から内腔(23)へ流出できることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項記載のカテーテル。
- 前記閉鎖部材が磁石弁(27,28)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項記載のカテーテル。
- 心臓の働きを補助する装置であって、ポンプを使用することにより流体が血管内を搬送され、搬送される量が、心室カテーテルの測定値の関数として調整でき、該測定値から心拍出量が検出される形式のものにおいて、
前記ポンプ(7)が、カテーテル(2)の末端又は遠位端に配置された血管内回転ポンプとして構成され、カテーテルの外部に位置するロータ(6)が、磁気接続部を介して、カテーテル(2)の内部に配置された駆動部材と接続されていることを特徴とする、心臓の働きを補助する装置。
