Claims (8)
- 血液ポンプシステムであって、血液ポンプ(50)と、前記血液ポンプと流動連通しており、おおよその長手方向軸(1)、ならびに前記血液ポンプから遠位の遠位端部分(EP)および前記血液ポンプに近い近位端部分を有する、血管内流動カニューレ(53)と、を含み、前記流動カニューレ(53)は、血液を前記流動カニューレに入れるか、またはそこから出すために、その遠位端部分(EP)に少なくとも1つの血流貫通開口部(54;54A〜54D)を有し、圧力センサ(30;30’;30”、30’’’)が、前記流動カニューレ内部に配置される血液ポンプシステムにおいて、前記圧力センサは、前記流動カニューレの長手方向軸(1)に対して、前記少なくとも1つの血流貫通開口部の高さ(A)に配置されているか、または前記少なくとも1つの血流貫通開口部の前記高さ(A)に境界を画すことを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、前記少なくとも1つの血流貫通開口部のそれぞれは、前記貫通開口部を囲む境界線を有し、前記境界線は、近位部分(57)を有し、前記圧力センサ(30;30’、30”;30’’’)は、前記流動カニューレの長手方向軸(1)に対して、前記境界線の前記近位部分(57)の高さに配置されていることを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項2に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、前記圧力センサ(30;30’;30”;30’’’)は、前記境界線の前記近位部分(57)に境界を画すことを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、フレーム構造体(58)が、前記血流貫通開口部(54;54A〜54D)の領域に設けられ、前記圧力センサ(30;30’;30”;30’’’)は、前記フレーム構造体(58)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項4に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、前記圧力センサ(30)は、前記流動カニューレの長手方向軸(1)に対して、前記フレーム構造体(58)の半径方向内側に配置されていることを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、前記流動カニューレ(53)は、その遠位端部分(EP)に、拡大した断面を備えたセクションを有し、前記少なくとも1つの血流貫通開口部(54;54A〜54D)は、前記拡大した断面を備えたセクション内に配置されていることを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項6に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、前記拡大した断面を備えたセクションは、遠位から近位へ漏斗状になる漏斗構造体(56)を含み、前記圧力センサ(30)は、前記漏斗構造体の遠位端部に配置されていることを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプシステムであって、前記血液ポンプ(50)の外側に配置された圧力センサ(60)を含み、前記血液ポンプシステムは、前記流動カニューレ(53)内部に配置された前記圧力センサ(30;30’;30”;30’’’)によって提供される第1の圧力値と、前記血液ポンプ(50)の外側に配置された前記圧力センサ(60)によって提供される第2の圧力値とから差圧を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする、血液ポンプシステム。
