Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ロジウムおよびアルカリ金属を含有し、さらに、腐蝕金属汚染物を含有す るカルボニレーション触媒溶液の生産性を低水分条件下で改良するための方法で あって、該方法が、触媒溶液よりの腐蝕金属の除去を最適とし、腐蝕金属汚染物 含量の少ない触媒溶液を回収するために十分な量の水およびイオン交換樹脂と触 媒溶液とを緊密に接触させることを含む方法。 2. 樹脂が強酸カチオン交換樹脂である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 前記接触が触媒溶液を前記樹脂の固定床カラムに通すことによって行われ る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4. 前記樹脂が、吸尽後、アルカリ金属塩で洗浄することによって再生される 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5. 前記アルカリ金属塩が酢酸リチウムである、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方 法。 6. アルカリ金属がカリウムである、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 7. アルカリ金属がナトリウムである、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 8. カルボニレーション反応器に容れられ、ロジウム、ヨウ化メチル促進剤、 酢酸メチルおよびヨウ化リチウムを含む低含水率の触媒溶液とメタノールとを含 む反応媒体に一酸化炭素を通して酢酸を生成することによって、カルボニレーシ ョン反応器内でメタノールを酢酸へとカルボニレーションし、前記触媒溶液と生 成物酢酸との構成成分の1種以上を含み、リチウムおよび腐蝕金属汚染物を含有 する種々のプロセス流に流出液を濃縮し、この流をカチオン交換樹脂と接触させ て腐蝕金属汚染物を除去することによって、その酢酸を前記反応器の流出液より 回収するための方法において、その改良が、腐蝕金属汚染物の除去を最適化し、 金属汚染物含量の実質的に少ないプロセス流を回収するために十分な量だけカチ オン交換樹脂を通る水含量を増大させることを含む方法。 9. 前記樹脂が強酸カチオン交換樹脂である、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法 。 10. 前記接触が触媒溶液を前記樹脂の固定床カラムに通すことによって行わ れる、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 11. 前記樹脂が、吸尽後、リチウム塩で洗浄することによって再生される、 請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 12. リチウム塩が酢酸リチウムである、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 13. 設定された水およびアルカリ金属イオン濃度;ならびに、鉄、ニッケル 、クロム、モリブデンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される腐蝕金属 汚染物を含む触媒溶液の生産性を改良するための方法であって、該方法が、水の 濃度を増大して腐蝕金属汚染物の除去を最適化するために十分な量の水およびカ チオン交換樹脂と前記触媒溶液とを緊密に接触させることを含む方法。 14. ロジウムおよびアルカリ金属を含有し、さらに、腐蝕金属汚染物を含有 するカルボニレーション触媒溶液の生産性を無水条件下で改良するための方法で あって、該方法が、触媒溶液からの腐蝕金属の除去を最適化し、腐蝕金属汚染物 含量の少ない触媒溶液を回収するために十分な量の水およびイオン交換樹脂と触 媒溶液とを緊密に接触させることを含む方法。 15. 請求の範囲第1項〜第14項のいずれかに従い製造される触媒溶液。
