Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.葡萄及び/または山葡萄10−99.5重量%と人参0.5−90重量% を混合し、この混合物に対して1−10倍重量の水を添加して45−130℃で 1−70時間熱処理した後、室温で冷却する段階を含むことを特徴とする人参加 工方法。 2.前記冷却段階後濾過して濾過液を分離した後、人参飲料の形態で製造する 段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人参加工方法。 3.前記冷却段階後濾過して乾燥させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の人参加工方法。 4.前記乾燥段階後粉末、錠剤、ピル、顆粒、カプセル、軟質カプセルの中い ずれか一形態で製形化する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の 人参加工方法。 5.前記人参が水蔘、白蔘及び紅蔘の中少なくとも一つであることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の人参加工方法。 6.請求項1の人参加工方法により製造されることを特徴とする加工人参。 7.液体、粉末、顆粒、錠剤、ゲル、ゾル、カプセル、ピルの形態よりなって いることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加工人参。 8.人蔘茶の形態よりなっていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加工人参 。 9.人参飲料の形態よりなっていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加工人 参。
