Claims (5)
- 홍삼농축액을 함유하는 홍삼음료에 있어서,브릭스 65~79, 고형분 함량 60% 이상이 되도록 농축시킨 홍삼농축액에,추출탱크에 배를 단독 투입하여 80~100℃로 5~10시간 가열하여 얻어지는 배 착즙액을 용매로 가하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홍삼음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홍삼농축액은 홍삼에 3∼10배 부피의 주정을 가하여 추출탱크에서 85∼120℃ 온도를 가해 5~10시간 추출하고, 추출 잔량은 다시 주정을 가해 85∼120℃에서 5~10시간 추출한 후 여과하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 홍삼음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배 착즙액은 브릭스 10∼12인 것을 특징으로 하는 홍삼음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홍삼농축액 0.15-25중량부, 배착즙액 75-98.85중량부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 홍삼음료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 홍삼농축액 0.15-25중량부, 배착즙액 75-98.85중량부로 구성된 홍삼음료 100중량부를 기준으로 영지추출물 1-30중량부, 녹용추출물 0.1-30중량부, 로얄제리 0.1-15중량부 및 키토올리고당 0.01-10중량부를 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 홍삼음료.
