- 키토올리고당 용액10.5%(고형분 22브릭스 0.35%), 울금 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 칡 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 오리나무 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 당귀 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 감초 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 대추 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 생강 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 사인 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 갈의꽃 0.65%(고형분 0.05%), 국의꽃 0.65%(고형분 0.05%), 홍삼 0.026%(고형분 0.002%), 녹용 0.026%(고형분 0.002%), 사과농축액 0.02%, 카라멜 0.02%, 비타민C 0.02%, 올리고당 10.088%와 소정량의 물을 포함하는 숙취해소용 건강차.
- 키토올리고당과 한방재료를 포함하는 숙취해소용 차의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 키토올리고당 용액 10.5%(고형분 22브릭스 0.35%)를 40∼50℃의 온수로 교반하고 여과하는 단계와;상기 키토올리고당과 혼합되는 울금 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 칡 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 오리나무 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 당귀 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 감초 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 대추 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 생강 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 사인 9.75%(고형분 0.75%), 갈의꽃 0.65%(고형분 0.05%), 국의꽃 0.65%(고형분 0.05%), 홍삼 0.026%(고형분 0.002%), 녹용 0.026%(고형분 0.002%)를 소정의 추출기에 넣어 원료 1kg당 20ℓ의 정수를 넣고 80∼90℃온도로 7∼9시간 1차 추출한후, 3∼5시간 2차 추출하는 단계와;상기 1차 추출물과 2차 추출물을 혼합하는 단계와;상기 키토올리고당과 상기 추출혼합물과 사과농축액 0.02%, 카라멜 0.02%, 비타민C 0.02%, 올리고당 10.088%를 혼합탱크에서 혼합하는 단계와;상기 혼합물을 1차 여과하는 단계와;상기 여과된 혼합물에 35∼45℃온도를 가하여 숙성하고, 맛과 영양을 보존하도록 25∼35분간 교반 후 2차 여과하는 단계와;상기 여과된 내용물을 90∼100℃에서 순간살균하고, 3차 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 숙취해소용 건강차 제조방법.
