Claims (6)
- 울금 추출물 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부, 오리나무 추출물 0.6 내지 1.8 중량부, 고형분이 55 중량% 이상인 헛개나무과병 추출물 0.017 내지 0.06 중량부, 고형분이 85 중량% 이상인 가시오가피 농축액 0.03 내지 0.09 중량부, 미배아대두발효추출물 0.4 내지 1.1중량부, 밀크씨슬 추출물 0.024 내지 0.1 중량부 및 글루타치온 0.015 내지 0.07중량부를 포함하는 숙취해소 또는 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 추출물은 각각 독립적으로 물, 탄소수 1~4의 저급 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합용매로 추출한 것인, 숙취해소 또는 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물을 전체 중량에 대하여 0.001 내지 99.9중량%로 포함하는 숙취해소 또는 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 식품은 음료인 숙취해소 또는 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
구연산, 비타민C, 비타민B6, 사과농축과즙, 결정과당, 프락토올리고당, 효소처리스테비오사이드로 및 벌꿀향으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 숙취해소 및 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
구연산 0.3~0.8 중량부, 비타민C 0.01~0.02 중량부, 비타민B6 0.001~0.002 중량부, 고형분이 73 중량% 이상인 사과농축과즙 0.8~2 중량부, 결정과당 1~5 중량부, 고형분이 75 중량% 이상인 프락토올리고당 3~8 중량부, 효소처리스테비오사이드 0.01~0.05 중량부 및 벌꿀향 0.01~0.04 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 숙취해소 및 간 기능 개선용 식품 조성물.
