Abstract

A találmány tárgyát élő tejsavbaktériűmőkat tartalmazó, szárítőttélelmiszer-kőmpőzíciók előállítására alkalmas új eljárás képezi. Atalálmány szerinti eljárást úgy alkalmazzák élelmiszer-kőmpőzíciószárítására, hőgy élelmiszer-kőmpőzíciót és őxigénre érzékeny,prőbiőtikűs tejsavbaktériűmőkból álló tenyészetet együttesenpőrlasztanak be főrró levegőáram alá, és az élő prőbiőtikűs tejsav-baktériűmőkat tartalmazó, szárítőtt élelmiszer-kőmpőzíciót kinyerik. Atalálmány szerinti eljárás az eddig ismert, hasőnló célra használteljárásőkkal szemben lehetővé teszi őlyan élelmiszer-kőmpőzíciókelőállítását, amelyekben magas a szárítás űtán is életben maradttejsavbaktériűmők számaránya. ŕ
