Patente de Invenção: <B>"ALIMENTO DESIDRATADO CONTENDO BACTéRIA DO áCIDO LáCTICO"<D>. Processo para a secagem de uma composição de alimento, no qual uma composição de alimento e uma cultura de bactérias probióticas do ácido láctico sensíveis ao oxigênio são pulverizadas em conjunto sob uma corrente de ar quente e é recuperada uma composição de alimento desidratado contendo bactérias probióticas do ácido láctico vivas. As bactérias probióticas do ácido láctico são bactérias que são capazes de se aderirem às células do intestino humano, e excluindo substancialmente as bactérias patogênicas nas células do intestino humano, e de imunomodulação do corpo humano.
