Abstract
Procedimiento para secar una composicion alimenticia, en el que una composicion alimenticia y un cultivo de bacterias lácticas probioticassensibles al oxígeno son asperjados conjuntamente bajo una corriente de aire caliente y se recuperau na composicion alimenticia deshidratada que contienebacterias lácticas provioticas vivas. Las bacterias lácticas probioticas son bacterias que son capaces de adherirse a las células intestinales humanas, derechazar sustancialmente las bacteriaspa togenas desde las células intestinales humanas y de producir inmunomodulacion en el cuerpo humano.
