Abstract
A találmány tárgya szénszál prekurzor szálköteg, amely számosakrilnitril-alapú polimer monofilamenst tartalmaz. A monofilamenskeresztmetszeti hosszának és szélességének aránya(hosszúság/szélesség) 1,05-1,6 és az ICP atomemissziósspektrometriával mért szilícium mennyisége 500-4000 ppm. A találmánymásodik tárgya szénszál prekurzor szálköteg, amely számos akrilnitrilalapú polimer monofilamens tartalmaz, a folyadéktartalom aránya (HW)40 tömeg% vagy több, és 60 tömeg%-nál kevesebb, ahol a HW folyadéktartalom arányt a HW (tömeg%)=(WT - W0)/W0 x 100 egyenlet alapjánszámítják ki, ahol W0 a szálköteg abszolút száraz tömege azolajozószer eltávolítása és abszolút száraz állapotra szárítás után ésWT a szálkötegnek 20 °C hőmérsékleten zéró tenziónál 1 órán át tartódesztillált vízbe merítése után, majd 200 kPa nyomáson végzettkipréseléses dehidratálás után mert tömege. A találmány további tárgyaeljárás a fenti szénszál prekurzor szálköteg előállítására, oly módon,hogy szilárd szálak előállításához egy szálképző odatot - amelylegalább 95 tömeg% akrilnitril egységet tartalmazó akrilnitril-alapúpolimert tartalmazó szerves oldószeres oldat - egy első koagulálófürdőbe extrudálnak, amely egy szerves oldószer vizes oldata, ami aszerves oldószert 45-68 tömeg% mennyiségben tartalmaz, és hőmérséklete30-50 °C; a szilárd szálakat az első koaguláló fürdőből a szálképzőoldat lineáris extrúziós sebességének legfeljebb 0,8-szorosávalelhúzzák; a szilárd szálakat egy második koaguláló fürdőben - amelyegy szerves oldószer vizes oldata, amely a szerves oldószert 45-68tömeg% mennyiségben tartalmazza és hőmérséklete 30-50 °C - nyújtottszálak előállításához 1,1-3,0-szorosára nyújtják, és a nyújtottszálakat azok megszáradása után gőzöléses nyújtással 2,0-5,0-szeresrenyújtják.
