Abstract
Un haz de fibras precursoras de fibras de carbono que comprende fibras individuales basadas en acrilonitrilo, caracterizado porque la seccion transversal de la fibra individual tiene una proporcion de un diametro largo a un diametro corto (diametro largo/diametro corto) de 1.05 a 1.6, y la cantidad de Si es de 500 a 4000 ppm, medida mediante el analisis de emision IPC; un haz de fibras precursoras de fibras de carbono que comprende fibras individuales basadas en acrilonitrilo, caracterizado porque el haz de fibras tiene un contenido de liquido (HW) del 40 por ciento en peso o mas, y menor al 60 por ciento en peso. El haz de fibras anterior tiene una alta capacidad para recolectarse, y por lo tanto, es bueno en su capacidad para pasarse a traves de un paso de carbonizacion, y produce un haz de fibras de carbono que tiene una buena capacidad para impregnarse con una resina, buenas caracteristicas de abertura, alta resistencia, y alto volumen; y este ultimo haz produce un haz de fibras de carbono que ademas tiene una mejor voluminosidad y una excelente capacidad para impregnarse con una resina, en las caracteristicas de abertura y en las propiedades de cubrimiento, cuando se hila en una tela.
