Claims (17)
- 단섬유의 섬유 단면의 장경과 단경과의 비 (장경/단경)가 1.05 내지 1.6이고, ICP 발광 분석에 의해 측정되는 Si량이 500 내지 400O ppm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 복수의 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체의 단섬유를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단섬유 강도가 5.0 cN/dtex 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단섬유 표면의 중심선 평균 조도 (Ra)가 0.01 내지 0.1 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단섬유의 표면의 최대 높이 (Ry)가 0.1 내지 0.5 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단섬유의 표면에 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 주름을 가지고, 이웃하는 국부 피크(山頂)의 간격 (S)이 0.2 내지 1.0 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 다발의 수분율이 15 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 다발을 구성하는 단섬유의 수가, 12000 개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 다발의 교락도가 5 개/m 내지 20 개/m의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 함액률 산출 방법 [공정 유제를 떨어뜨리고, 또한 완전히 건조된 상태의 섬유 다발의 완전 건조 질량 W0과, 이 섬유 다발을 20 ℃의 증류수 중에 무장력 상태로 1 시간 이상 침지하고, 이어서 200 kPa의 압력하에서 압착 탈수한 후의 섬유 다발 질량 WT로부터 다음 식: HW (중량%)=(WT-W0)/W0×100을 이용하여 함액률 HW를 산출한다]에 의해서 산출된 함액률 HW가 40 중량% 이상 60 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 복수의 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체의 단섬유를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유 다발 중의 단섬유 표면의 중심선 평균 조도 (Ra)가 0.01 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서 섬유 다발 중의 단섬유 표면의 최대 높이 (Ry)가 0.1 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유 다발 중의 단섬유 표면에 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 주름을 갖고, 인접하는 국부 피크의 간격 (S)이 0.2 ㎛ 이상 1.0 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유 다발의 수분율이 15 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유 다발을 구성하는 단섬유의 수가 12000 개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유 다발의 교락도가 5 개/m 내지 20 개/m의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단섬유의 섬유 단면의 장경과 단경과의 비 (장경/단경)가 1.05 내지 1.6이고, ICP 발광 분석에 의해 측정되는 Si량이 500 내지 4000 ppm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발.
- 95 중량% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 단위를 함유하는 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체의 유기 용제 용액을 포함하는 방사 용액을, 유기 용제 농도 45 내지 68 중량%, 온도 30 내지 50 ℃의 유기 용제 수용액을 포함하는 제1 응고욕 중에 토출시켜 응고사로 함과 동시에, 이 응고사를 제1 응고욕 중에서 방사 원액의 토출 선속도의 0.8 배 이하의 인취 속도로 인취하는 공정,상기 응고사에 유기 용제 농도 45 내지 68 중량%, 온도 30 내지 50 ℃의 유기 용제 수용액을 포함하는 제2 응고욕 중에서 1.1 내지 3.0 배의 연신을 실시하는 공정, 및상기 연신사를 건조한 후에, 이 연신사에 2.0 내지 5.0 배의 스팀 연신을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소 섬유 전구체 섬유 다발의 제조 방법.
