Abstract
A találmány tárgyát képezik eljárások pantovegyületek (példáulpantotenát) előállítására olyan mikroorganizmusok alkalmazásával,amelyekben a pantotenát bioszintetikus folyamatsor és/vagy azizoleucin-valin bioszintetikus folyamatsor és/vagy koenzim-Abioszintetikus folyamatsor manipulálva van. A találmány tárgyátképezik ketopantoát reduktázt és aszpartát a-dekarboxilázt túltermelniképes mikroorganizmusok, továbbá eljárások pantovegyületekelőállítására prekurzor-független módon és nagy hozamban. Szintén atalálmány tárgyát képezik a fentebb leírt eljárásokban alkalmazhatórekombináns mikroorganizmusok, vektorok, izolált nukleinsavmolekulák,gének és géntermékek. A találmány tárgyát képezik előzőleg nemazonosított, mikroorganizmusból származó, coaX-jelű pantotenát kináz-gén, valamint eljárások panto-vegyületek termelésére módosítottpantotenát kipáz aktivitással rendelkező mikroorganizmusokalkalmazásával. Szintén a találmány tárgyát képezi eljárás pantotenátkináz modulátorok azonosítására, a találmány szerinti rekombinánsmikroorganizmusok és/vagy tisztított CoaX-fehérjék alkalmazásával. Ó
